Research On The Governance Of Micro Corruption At Grassroots Level In J County,Huai’an City

The seemingly silent issue of ’micro corruption’ actually directly affects social stability.Since 2016,J County in Huai’an City has carried out in-depth governance of the "micro corruption" problem in J County through methods such as digging deeper into problem clues,strengthening special governance,strengthening departmental linkage,and innovating and regulating the use of power,achieving certain results.However,currently,the soil of "micro corruption" in J County has not been completely eradicated.This article combines the typical cases of J County in recent years and the actual investigation and handling of "micro corruption" cases,using literature research,comparative analysis,and field research methods to conduct research.Systematically analyze the current situation,existing problems,and causes of "micro corruption" in J County through social governance theory and anti-corruption theory with Chinese characteristics,and propose governance strategies.Firstly,this article defines the scope of "grassroots" and the manifestations of "micro corruption",clarifying the manifestations of grassroots micro corruption and the inevitability of prevention and governance;Secondly,this article summarizes and summarizes the "micro corruption" governance work in J County,Huai’an City in recent years to a certain extent,and conducts a subjective and objective research on the relevant problems that still exist in J County,both positive and negative,in order to discover the root causes and internal logical connections of the problems;Then,this article draws on governance experience by listing domestic and foreign "micro corruption" governance methods such as Singapore,Sweden,Canada,Taizhou,Fangxian,and Yongcheng;Finally,based on local reality and domestic and foreign governance experience,we will conduct in-depth governance of "micro corruption" from the aspects of propaganda front construction,normalized supervision,sound evaluation system,and strengthening team building,in order to improve the governance of "micro corruption" problems through scientific institutional system construction and prevent the occurrence of "micro corruption" problems from the source.
