In order to facilitate learners’ Chinese learning,especially for those whose native language is English,we usually use English definitions to explain some Chinese words in the process of teaching Chinese as a foreign language,so as to simplify the interpretation process of Chinese words and make them easier to understand.However,Chinese and English belong to different language families,and there are some differences in language thinking and characteristics.These differences will certainly affect the effect of language learning to some extent,and give learners positive or negative feedback,which is also what we often talk about as Chinese-English contrast.At present,the related research on vocabulary teaching of Chinese as a foreign language has been relatively mature,but the relevant research from the perspective of Chinese-English bilingual vocabulary comparison is still relatively rare.Especially in the face of the rise of online teaching under the COVID-19 in 2020,online teaching through the network can enable Chinese learners around the world to share educational and teaching resources,including the best teacher resources and teaching materials.Online one to one teaching new teaching pattern from a particular place,the inherent defect of specific time teaching makes teaching more freedom is flexible,also sped up the resource sharing,to some extent,alleviate the contradiction between the teaching resource imbalance,are driving the spread of Chinese language and the popularization and the development of Chinese language teaching,so this approach quickly into the learners’ perspective.In view of this practical background,the author firstly analyzes and summarizes the conclusions of domestic and foreign scholars’ comparative studies on Chinese and English languages and vocabularies,and then introduces the situation of the main online teaching platforms of Chinese as a foreign language,the particularity of online one-to-one teaching,the advantages and disadvantages of the discussion,and the improvement measures that can be implemented.Then,from the perspective of Chinese-English bilingual contrast,the author focuses on analyzing the differences in meaning,including the overlap,intersection and gap in meaning of the bilingual words.Detailed for this three parts to study different meanings will in what effect in the process of teaching Chinese as a foreign language,three scenarios were listed and give an example of negative and positive respectively,finally the reasons behind the depth profiling and provides solutions and Suggestions,do such analysis is to provide the correct way of thinking for the subsequent actual teaching design,In the actual teaching can be summed up in advance of the adverse situation to avoid.Based on the above analysis,the main part of this paper,which describes the design of online one-to-one intermediate Chinese vocabulary teaching.Based on certain principles,the author selected two intermediate Chinese students as appropriate teaching objects,selected some vocabulary of HSK3 and HSK4 as teaching contents,and analyzed the teaching objectives expected to be achieved in this course.Through the analysis of the teaching object,content and target,the implementation of the teaching design process is carried out.After practice,first of all,teachers’ introspection and successes in the class can be improved,and then through analyzing students’ visit the opinions of the students,according to the teaching practice put forward related Suggestions for Internet one-on-one vocabulary teaching,the focus is on the output of one party and receive knowledge reflection and corresponding solution strategy.Teachers should grasp the positive influence of words with overlapping meanings and missing parts on vocabulary learning,explain and compare the common points of meanings in bilingual words,and take different measures to cope with students’ actual abilities.And from the perspective of the students,when faced with a problem,can in the target language to think out of the comfort zone of mother tongue thinking is vital for Chinese learning,and this,of course,inseparable from the teacher’s guidance,teachers need to consciously to lead students,and secondly to value for the selection of reference books and textbooks,many old can be eliminated,after all,language is not immutable,on the contrary,It will be updated with the development of The Times.In the end,it is a summary of the full text.It is found that the concept of Chinese English comparison is quite valuable in teaching,but some principles and strategies should be followed in the specific use.Of course,there are some deficiencies and unresolved problems in this study,and we hope to continue to study in depth in the future.
