| Vocabulary teaching is one of the most important and weak links in the field of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.All along,the teaching circles of Chinese as a foreign language have been discussing vocabulary teaching methods,such as word-based teaching method,Chinese character-based teaching method and morpheme teaching method.With the deepening of teaching practice,these vocabulary teaching methods also expose many problems.These vocabulary teaching methods can not ensure that L2 learners remember a large number of words and grasp their meaning quickly,and use the words to construct sentences or communicate flexibly.The introduction of word network can solve the problems of scattered vocabulary storage,low efficiency of vocabulary learning and how to expand vocabulary,so as to effectively promote the teaching of Chinese vocabulary.Based on the theory of cognitive psychology,semantic theory and topic theory,this paper first combs the connection between nouns,verbs and adjectives selected in the "HSK Test outline".Then,by analyzing the setting of the outline topic and the task,the two typical topics "diet" and "medical health" in daily life are selected as the core topics of the construction of the word network.Thirdly,taking the semantic relationship in the word connection as the main clue,the phonetic and word form as the auxiliary clue,the selected words are gathered in different sets.The condition of word network associated with diet and medical health is described.Finally,taking the topic of "medical health" as an example,and combining with the relevant text in the syllabus textbook "HSK Standard course 6",this paper designs the vocabulary teaching cases from three aspects: teaching object,teaching content and teaching arrangement,and explores the new ways and possibilities of applying the word network model to vocabulary teaching of Chinese as a foreign language,in order to find an effective way for teachers to teach vocabulary and effective strategies for learners to learn. |
