Vocabulary Teaching is a very important section of TCFL (Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language). Over the years, educators learn from the experience of Western language teaching and realize the teaching job under the guidance of the word as the basic unit of teaching. But Chinese has its own uniqueness in the pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar. So even this kind of teaching model has existed for a long time and has made great contribution, people also recognize its shortcomings. With the growing of reorganization of Chinese, scholars have begun to attach importance to another basic unit of Chinese character which made the theory of "word oriented" applied more and more in the teaching job. Words are the basic units of Chinese and morphemes are structural components of words. Because Chinese morphemes can exist independently with its own pronunciation, figural, meaning and grammatical features. In order to help students learn vocabulary more effectively I think that morpheme law is closer to the features of Chinese words.In the existing studies of vocabulary teaching, there are lots of researches on morpheme law. In this paper, the results have been inherited and developed as following:1. in the theoretical analysis, I try to find a full range of support from the linguistic characteristics and laws of second language acquisition theory as much as possible;2. in practice, the Characteristic of Chinese vocabulary as a network has been valued by many scholars. In previous studies, scholars concerned about the network of vocabulary under the theory of semantic and they take words as the link of net, and in this paper the network is formed by the link of morpheme;3. Compared with the traditional teaching model of using pictures and abstract network, this paper advocates the full use of modern technology and put the abstract network into practice to visually stimulate students and enhance what they learn.Through the collation, statistics and analysis of existing achievements, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the theoretical system and address specifically the idea of establishing the visual vocabulary network. The paper tries to make the morpheme method displayed more comprehensively and systematically in front of readers. Hope this research can be contributive to TCFL especially to the vocabulary teaching.
