| When people talk about diet,they can not only close the direct distance between people,but also deepen each other’ s understanding of different cultures in different places.In the face of such a meaningful diet,the author wants to conduct teaching and research on the diet vocabulary.This paper takes the food and drink vocabulary in "liberal Chinese elementary start" as corpus,and combines the teaching methods commonly used by teachers of Chinese as a foreign language and the teaching methods favored by foreign students to discuss and study the teaching methods used in the three processes of vocabulary display,vocabulary interpretation and vocabulary practice of food and drink vocabulary.First of all,the author collected and classified the food words in the textbook "Boya Chinese-elementary introductory chapter".According to different parts of speech,food and beverage words can be divided into nominal food and beverage words,verbal food and beverage words and adjective food and beverage words.Secondly,this paper investigates the teaching methods commonly used by TCFL teachers in the process of teaching food vocabulary and the teaching methods favored by foreign students.Thirdly,the teaching methods used in the three links of food vocabulary display,vocabulary interpretation and vocabulary practice were explored.Through the research on the teaching methods of dietary vocabulary,the author hopes to promote his own teaching and provide some references for other teachers of Chinese as a foreign language.This paper is divided into five parts.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,there are three parts as follows:The first part: the collection and analysis of dietary vocabulary in "boya Chinese·ele mentary entry",and the collection and analysis of dietary vocabulary in "outline of Chin ese proficiency vocabulary and Chinese character grading" and the significance of studyin g dietary vocabulary in current general textbooks.The second part: this paper investigates the teaching method of dietary vocabulary for TCSL teachers and the learning situation of international students’ dietary vocabulary,which is to understand the teaching methods commonly used in TCSL and the teaching methods favored by international students.It also lays a foundation for the teaching method of dietary vocabulary through the understanding of teachers and students.The third part: discuss the teaching methods of dietary vocabulary in the three links of vocabulary display,vocabulary interpretation and vocabulary practice. |
