Research On The Asymmetry Of Supply And Demand Of Rural Public Cultural Services

Culture is the soul of the village,and the rural people desire and need better public cultural services.However,there is a big gap between the supply of public cultural services and the actual needs of the masses.Although we continue to strengthen and improve rural cultural work,the problem of contradiction between supply and demand is still very prominent.This paper analyzes the rural public cultural service supply,the needs of the masses,the demand for public cultural services during the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,and the interviews with village and town cadres in the rural public cultural service supply in Town B,S Town,and the interviews with village and town cadres through investigation methods,interview methods,and questionnaire methods.The manifestation of the asymmetry of supply and demand of cultural services and the underlying reasons behind it.The main reasons are:the government’s public cultural service supply is lagging;the supply of cultural resources has impacted the diverse needs of the masses across the board;the impact of urbanization on the countryside;the formalism in rural cultural undertakings;the inheritance and protection of traditional rural culture is difficult;rural areas The development of the cultural industry is lagging behind,and the level of marketization is insufficient;various departments work independently,and resources are scattered and not concentrated.Through the analysis of the above problems,this article attempts to put forward several specific ways to solve the problems:First,actively cultivate the rural cultural industry.Including the excavation of outstanding traditional culture in rural areas,and improving the ways and means for the government to purchase public cultural services.The second is to build and optimize the rural cultural team.Including strengthening the training of local cultural talents,strengthening the sharing of cultural talent resources,and improving the talent guarantee mechanism.The third is to create a good rural cultural environment.Mainly to promote the core values of socialism,and to make good use of the grassroots new era civilization practice various positions.The fourth is to establish a grassroots cultural work system oriented to the satisfaction of the masses,including the formation of a grassroots cultural assessment and evaluation mechanism oriented to the satisfaction of the masses,to unblock the expression path of mass appeals,to improve the measurement and evaluation methods,of mass satisfaction,and to establish a rural public in which the masses participate widely.The cultural service supply decision-making mechanism improves the integrity of rural public cultural service supply.
