Research On The Optimization Of The Supply Path Of Hunan Rural Public Cultural Services From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

Promoting the high-quality development of rural public cultural services is an important task to further deepen the reform of the cultural system and develop an advanced socialist culture.It is also an important task for the people to enjoy a more fulfilling,richer and higher-quality spiritual and cultural life,and to protect the basic cultural rights and interests of the rural people,to meet the inevitable requirements of new expectations for a better life.Under the new situation,optimizing the supply path of rural public cultural services is an inevitable choice to promote the high-quality development of rural public cultural services,and it is also an important basis for ensuring rural civilization and promoting rural revitalization.The research object selected in this paper,Changsha County,is located in the core area of the "Two-Oriented Society" Comprehensive Supporting Reform Pilot Zone of Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan.The optimization of the supply path of public cultural services in rural areas can play an exemplary and leading role in the rural areas of Hunan Province.From the perspective of rural revitalization,this paper adopts the research methods combining literature research,questionnaire survey and case study to study the problems related to the supply of rural public cultural services in Changsha County,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the problems,so as to provide suggestions for Hunan Province.Provide demonstration experience for optimizing the supply path of public cultural services in rural areas of the province.This paper firstly sorts out the policies made by the country and Hunan Province in the supply of rural public cultural services in recent years,and clarifies the latest requirements and goals of the government for the supply of rural public cultural services.It also summarizes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the supply of rural public cultural services,including the connotation of rural public cultural services,the definition of supply subjects,the problems existing in supply and how to optimize the supply path.Secondly,through the Changsha County Government website,to understand the subject,method,specific content of the supply of rural public cultural services in the county,and the achievements since the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,and then through the method of questionnaire survey,analyze the specific problems in the supply process,and in-depth Analyze its causes.Finally,from the aspects of optimizing multiple supply entities,balancing urban and rural supply resources,improving the grass-roots demand feedback mechanism,innovating supply content,building an Internet + public cultural service supply platform,and mobilizing farmers’ enthusiasm,we provide targeted and practical countermeasures.The suggestions provide new ideas for promoting the optimization of the supply path of rural public cultural services in Hunan Province.
