Under the background of national innovation-driven strategy and industrial transformation and upgrading,the country’s demand for application-oriented talents is growing rapidly.In particular,applied medical schools pay more and more attention to innovation and entrepreneurship education.The comprehensive implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education is the strategic need of national medical innovation and development and an important way to improve the quality of medical students.In the new century,there have been outbreaks of SARS,Ebola and COVID-19,which have posed great challenges to people’s safety and health.In order to train a group of compound medical talents with innovative thinking and innovative ability,and improve the core competitiveness and employment rate of medical students,domestic application-oriented medical colleges and universities have made beneficial explorations in innovation and entrepreneurship education.The author based on 5medical colleges and universities in Liaoning Province innovation entrepreneurship education present situation investigation and analysis of applied the achievements of entrepreneurship education in medical colleges and universities innovation,combing the main problems existing in it and analyze the reasons,aims to put forward corresponding countermeasures,for other similar applied medical colleges to carry out the creative education.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part focuses on the research background,research purpose and its significance,research methods and research ideas,and analyzes the status and shortcomings of relevant research at home and abroad.The second part defines the relevant concepts of innovation and entrepreneurship education in application-oriented medical colleges and universities.The third part mainly investigates the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in application-oriented medical colleges and universities.The development status of innovation and entrepreneurship education in medical colleges is analyzed.The fourth part,according to the analysis of current applied in higher medical colleges and universities innovation entrepreneurship education,finishing the questionnaire interview content,reveal the medical colleges to carry out the main problems of creative education are: the government support policy and related systemimplementation does not reach the designated position,lack of medical students’ innovative undertaking on campus culture and low ability of medical students’ innovative undertaking teacher troop,weak consciousness of medical students’ innovative entrepreneurial education,medical students’ innovative undertaking education system is not perfect at the same time,the paper analyzed the causes of problems: The government’s support for innovation and entrepreneurship education for medical students is weak,the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship campus culture in medical colleges is not enough,medical schools lack of "double-qualified" teachers,medical students are deeply influenced by traditional educational concepts,and innovation and entrepreneurship education in medical colleges is still in the exploratory stage.The fifth part,based on applied medical college innovation entrepreneurship education and cause analysis of existing problems,puts forward some targeted Suggestions for improvement: promote the government to the medical students’ innovative entrepreneurial support,motivate medical students’ innovative entrepreneurial intention,to build a high level of creative teachers’ team,build efficient all-round double gen education system.
