Under the background of heavy pressure in the medical industry and the country’s vigorous promotion of medical reform,to investigate the status of job satisfaction of employees in a private hospital—LL hospitals,explore the influencing factors of job satisfaction,and provide references for the formulation of human resource management strategies for LL hospitals and other similar hospitals.In this study,employees of LL hospital were taken as the subjects of investigation.1.Through literature research and analysis,summarize the relevant theories about improving employee job satisfaction.2.Using qualitative analysis methods,using the Colaizzi 7-step analysis method of qualitative research to conduct semi-structured interviews and summarize the 6 themes of employee job satisfaction.3.Using quantitative analysis methods,designing questionnaires to collect data,using SPSS22.0 for statistical analysis,using ordered Logit model for regression analysis,using entropy method to calculate overall satisfaction,and comparing each dimension of job satisfaction,and using T test and One-way analysis of variance to analyze the differences in each dimension.Through analysis and conclusion : the overall job satisfaction of employees in LL hospital is low,and there are problems such as insignificant salary incentives,high work pressure,unreasonable human resource management methods,and weak security systems.It is reminded that LL hospitals should improve the salary management system,strengthen staff pressure management,strengthen closed-loop safety measures,optimize human resources system,and maintain good job group satisfaction,so as to improve the overall job satisfaction of hospital employees and promote the long-term development of the hospital.
