The Empirical Study Of Private Hospital Medical Staff Job Satisfaction

Private hospitals is an indispensable part of medical and health undertakings development,the medical staff job satisfaction has become a bottleneck restricting the development of private hospitals.Combined theory with practice,this research was carried out tand the paper was analyzed by quantitative and qualitative methods according to different purposes.The medical staff job satisfaction was investigated by the questionnaire method among 340 staff either private or public hospital medical staff in Xi'an.T test was used to evaluate the satisfaction difference between private and public hospital medical staff and the four dimensions of job satisfaction have significant difference(ps<0.05),between two different types hospital.The result are as follows:leadership and management(t=4.535,p=0.000),remuneration and welfare(t=5.084,p=0.000),training and promotion(t=2.289,p=0.023),the working conditions(t=5.167,p=0.000);while there was no significant difference of satisfaction the difference between the 2 dimensions in the work itself and interpersonal relationship on the(ps>0.05).Statistical results show that the private hospital medical staff in the leadership and management,remuneration and benefits,training and promotion and working conditions of four dimensions of satisfaction than public hospitals.Empirical research results,suggest that the private hospitals should focus on the following four aspects:leadership&management,remuneration&benefits,training&promotion and working conditions.This study to improve the job satisfaction of private hospital medical staff is using for reference.The study provides an effective references on the improvement of satisfaction medical staff in private hospitals.
