| The quality of medical services directly affect people’s life and care,which has extent effect on social development.As a result,the improvement of medical service mechanism would make significant difference to medical and health system reform.As the core advantage,staff satisfaction influences individual psychology and physical health,which poses direct impact on patients’ experiences.Based on that,medical institutions constantly monitor staff satisfaction,acquire real time working status to ignite individual initiatives to greatest extent.Thereafter,the strategies to improve staff satisfaction are essential to medical personal involved in medical and health reform.Targeting A Enterprises Hospital as case study,the thesis collects domestic and overseas job satisfaction statistics,which is applied by literature review,case analysis,complementing questionnaire.The survey lists the satisfaction benchmark,which extends job content,salary and welfare,contact mechanism,working conditions,career development and management mode.The survey is open to all the staff in A Hospital,of which 90% staff(258 samples)completed questionnaire,inferring that average result is partly satisfaction(3.61/5).The survey summarizes that staff satisfaction is constantly improved in near future,especially on working conditions,training system,evaluation mechanism,salary structure,management focus and so on.Above all,considering actual conditions,the thesis eventually concludes that improving evaluation system,upgrading working conditions,establishing promotion plan and strengthen internal management have positive effect on staff satisfaction,which is evidenced by follow-up investigation.Actually,the dissertation would guide A Hospital staff recognize internal need overall.The needs signifies management problems,which explicitly improve decisionmaking to enhance group satisfaction as well as teamwork,consequently delivers highquality health care to patients. |
