Job satisfaction has gradually become one of the criteria to measure the quality of people's life.In the field of medical services,medical staffs job satisfaction has been increasingly valued by everyone.At present,with the rapid growth of Pu Tian Department of hospital,private hospital medical staff team is more and more huge.The Pu Tian Department of hospital has not the same with other characteristics of the hospital,the medical staffs also have their own characteristics.Pu Tian Department of private hospital medical staff's job satisfaction has gradually become an important research topic.However,the current research on the job satisfaction mainly focus on the research of the public hospital,Pu Tian Department of hospital of private hospital medical staff job satisfaction is very little,even no medical staff of scholars using empirical methods Pu Tian Department of hospital of private hospital job satisfaction is studied.Therefore,the medical staff in this study,Pu Tian Department of hospital of private hospitals as the research object,using factor analysis,variance analysis and regression analysis and other methods of research,and aims at literature,through empirical analysis,the staff of the Department of Putian private hospital job satisfaction research,and puts forward some countermeasures and proposals to enhance the private health care department of Pu Tian Department of hospital staff satisfaction on the basis of empirical research.Therefore,this study theoretically can enrich the Pu Tian Department of private hospital medical staff job satisfaction theory,incentive theory and human resource management improve Pu Tian Department of private hospital management theory.In practice,this study helps to promote the Pu Tian Department of hospital system in the management of human resources,improve the quality of medical care,Pu Department of private hospitals to improve the doctor-patient relationship,to promote the healthy development of the private hospital department of Pu Tian,at the same time extent helps to promote the successful transition of private Hospital Department of Pu Tian.First of all,the collation and analysis of relevant theories of domestic and foreign scholars through job satisfaction,this study form the six dimensions of job satisfaction of medical staff in Pu Tian Department of private hospital namely:salary and welfare,occupation stability and development,organization integration,interpersonal relationship,leadership and management,the work itself.Accordingly,we formed the " job satisfaction evaluation questionnaire of medical staff in Pu Tian Department of private hospital " and through empirical method we analy the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Through the analysis we draw,we compiled " job satisfaction evaluation questionnaire of medical staff in Pu Tian Department of private hospital"has good reliability and validity,can be used to study the Pu Department of medical staff job satisfaction in the private hospital.Secondly,we use the " job satisfaction evaluation questionnaire of medical staff in Pu Tian Department of private hospital" to measure the staffs of Pu Tian Department of private hospital.And we in-depth study of the private hospital Pu Tian Department of medical staff job satisfaction.This study analysis the overall status of the medical staff satisfaction in the private hospitals Department of Pu Tian,and analysis the relationship between gender,age,seniority and education and other demographic characteristics of the Pu Tian Department of medical staff job satisfaction and job satisfaction and each dimension.Our results show that:Overall,the job satisfaction of the private hospital department of Pu Tian staff turnover is low,and Turnover intention is higher;The satisfaction of BA hospital medical staff is good in the wage income,total return,occupation stability degree,but The satisfaction of BA hospital medical staff is low in in the hospital welfare,job classification,job satisfaction and pride workload.At the same time,it has more support from colleagues,family members and friends,but the support from the leadership(superior)and the patient(service object)is relatively small;In the gender,male medical staff in the organization of the satisfaction was significantly higher than that of female medical staff,there is no significant difference in other dimensions;In age,there exist significant difference in the salary and welfare,occupation stability and development,organization integration,interpersonal relationship,and job satisfaction,but no significant difference exists in interpersonal relations and leadership and management;In job age,there exist significant difference between hospital staff job satisfaction scores and each dimension;In the education level,there exist significant difference in the occupation stability and development,interpersonal relationship,leadership and management,but no significant difference exists in compensation and benefits,organization integration,and the work itself satisfaction.Again,combining the results of empirical research,this study analyzes the reasons,explains the demographic variables(gender,age,seniority and education)is how to influence the job satisfaction of hospital staffs in Pu Tian Department of hospital and analyze the effects of each dimension of job satisfaction on job satisfaction effect.Our results showed that:there exist moderate positive correlation between the various dimensions of job satisfaction.The dimensions are positively correlated with job satisfaction.Among them,salary and welfare are the highest correlation with job satisfaction,but the job satisfaction is the lowest.From small to larger,the positive effects of job satisfaction is:compensation and benefits,career stability and development,interpersonal relationships,organizational integration,leadership and management,the work itself.Finally,on the basis of literature study,combined with the empirical results and the reasons,this study also explored effective ways to improve the job satisfaction of medical staff in the Department of Pu tian private hospital.This study suggests that in order to improve the medical staff job satisfaction to do the following four points.The main innovation of this study lies in the following two points:One is using the methods of empirical research on job satisfaction of staffs in Pu Tian Department of private hospital,and supplies the lack of pure theoretical research on job satisfaction of staffs in Pu Tian Department of private hospital.The two is conduct a thorough study on job satisfaction of staffs in Pu Tian Department of private hospital.This has some help to better understanding of Pu Tian Department staff working state,and promote them to improve work efficiency,At the same time,it enriches the research content of job satisfaction.
