Clinical Study On Tiaojing Decoction Combined With Yasmin In Treating Uterine Bleeding Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type After Curettage

Objective:This study is to observe the therapeutic effect of Tiaojing decoction integrated with yasmin in the treatment against the patients of Uterine Bleeding who are in kidney deficiency and blood stasis after curettage.The aim is to provide an effective method of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for treatment Uterine Bleeding of kidney deficiency and blood stasis after curettage.Methods:In this study,72 outpatients and inpatients in the scope of inclusion were collected into Yunnan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine on December 1,2019 and December 31,2020,and were diagnosed with Uterine Bleeding of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type after curettage.According to the random number table method,72 participants were enrolled and divided into treatment group and control group with 36 cases each.The treatment group was treated with Tiaojing decoction in a combination with yasmin,while the control group was only treated with yasmin.After continuous treatment for 3 menstrual cycles,the menstrual status and the improvement of TCM concomitant symptoms in 2 groups were compared,as well as the effects on sex hormones(FSH,LH,E2,T),endometrial thickness,the number of basal antral follicles and other examination indexes,and the menstrual follow-up after 3 months of stop medication.Results:There were 72 cases in this study,and 60 cases were completed clinical observation.while were come off in the observation group,3 cases were get rid of,4 cases were come off in the control group,and 2 cases were get rid of.1.Before treatment,there were no differences in age,course of disease,TCM syndrome score,serum sex hormones(FSH,LH,E2,T),endometrial thickness and basal antral follicles number between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05),had comparability.2.After treatment,the overall efficacy analysis: for the treatment group and the control group,the complete effective rate was 86.67% and 76.67%,showing a significant difference(P<0.05).It can be said that compared with the control group the total efficacy of the treatment group was better.3.TCM syndromes: with P<0.05,TCM syndromes in the treatment group got a score much lower,in a contrast between the two groups which is sufficient to say that both groups can get them improved.The curative effect of the treatment group was superior to the control group.4.Menstrual cycle,menstrual period and menstrual volume: both groups could adjust menstrual cycle,shorten vaginal bleeding time and reduce menstrual volume,and there was no statistical significance in P>0.05.The two methods possess a same efficiency rate can be indicated.5.After treatment,sex hormones(FSH,LH,E2,T): there was no significant effect on LH and T in the two groups,intra-groups comparison before and after treatment(P>0.05).Both groups could reduce FSH level based on the comparison between groups after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that in the regulation of FSH level the treatment group showed better than the contraluminance.Both two groups showed improvements in E2 level after treatment.However,no differences were observed between the two groups(P>0.05),which means the two treatment methods had similar efficacy in regulating E2 level.6.After treatment,endometrial thickness was reduced in both groups,no differences were observed between the two groups(P>0.05).The methods in treating the two groups had a similar effect in improving endometrial thickness.7.After the treatment,both groups could increase the number of basal antral follicles showing a big difference of the groups(P<0.05),which indicates that the control group was inferior in improving ovarian function.8.The patients were followed up by telephone 3 menstrual cycles after the end of treatment.The number of menstrual cycle,menstrual period and menstrual volume disorder in treatment group was greatly lower which means that the efficacy of the treatment group in a long-term was better.Conclusion:Tiaojing decoction combined with Yasmin in treating Uterine Bleeding of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type after curettage,can effectively improve menstruation and reduce endometrial thickness,the treatment group was better than the control group in regulating FSH level,improving ovarian function and accompanying symptoms of Chinese medicine,with a better efficacy of the treatment group in a long-term.No obvious adverse reactions occurred during the test,indicating that Tiaojing Decoction in an integration with Yasmin in the treatment towards Uterine Bleeding in a type of kidney deficiency and blood stasis after curettage is effective and safe,and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
