The Clinical Observation Of Tiaojing Zhibeng Decoction In The Treatment Of Kidney Yin Deficiency Of Adolescent Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

Objective:Through the observation of Tiaojing Zhibeng Decoction in the treatment of kidney yin deficiency disorder clinical curative effect observation of adolescent function uterine bleeding,to explore its mechanism,to provide a safe and effective prescription for the treatment of this disease by regulating menstruation.Method:Choose the standard of kidney yin deficiency of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding in 60 cases,the treatment group and the control group of 30 cases,treatment group was treated with Tiaojing Zhibeng decoction,control group oral gynecological jqyxkl,after three months of treatment,changes in traditional Chinese medicine,improve the curative effect and adjust the menstrual vaginal bleeding time and hemoglobin observed before and after treatment,and followed up one year recurrence of internal blood.Results:Tiaojing Zhibeng Decoction on kidney yin deficiency type of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding curative effect,the total effective rate was 96.7%,control group total effective rate was 76.7%.TCM Syndromes of the two groups before and after treatment to improve the situation,effect,recent blood check effect of menstruation and hemoglobin and the improvement within a year of dysfunctional uterine bleeding recurrence rate,the treatment group were better than the control group,the two comparison has significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tiaojing Zhibeng Decoction on kidney yin deficiency type of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding has good clinical efficacy in patients with significant effect of regulating menstruation,also can significantly improve the kidney yin deficiency type of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding syndromes and anemia patients.
