The Clinical Study Of Guchong Zhixue Decoction In Treating Bleeding Phase Of Adolescent Anovulaotry Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:To observe the effect and the hemostasis principle of Guchong ZhixueDecoction (GCZXD) in treating bleeding phase of adolescent anovulatory dysfunctionaluterine bleeding (DUB) with Qi deficiency and Blood stasis syndrome.Method:60patientswere divide randomly into test group (30cases,treated with GCZXD) and control group(30cases,treated with Fu Liang capsule).Observation of treatment before and afterdiagnostics,observing signs of symptomatic improvement, measuring the density ofendometrium before and after treatment,uterine arterial blood flow characteristics beforeand after treatment,blood rheological properties,prothrombin time (PT) and activatedpartial prothrombin time (APTT),and the serum Ca2＋level index of changes.Observationon treatment differences between the treatment and control groups,before and after.Result:GCZXD may have a significant improvement of clinical symptoms in patients,demonstrating a total rate of93.33%in the test group,versus66.67%in the controlgroup.In the test group,the total effective rate of syndrome of traditional Chinese medicineis100.00%,while the effecticeness for the control group is80.00%,defining a significantdifference between the two groups (P<0.01).Meanwhile,the density of endometrium,PT,APTT,and blood rheology indices were decreased;the serum Ca2＋level were increasedcompared to those of the pretherapy,and the difference was significant compared to thecontrol group.Conclusion:GCZXD is an effective recipe in treating DUB with Qideficiency and Blood stasis syndrome.The effect may be achieved through adjusting thethickness of endometrium,the serum Ca2+level,and activating the blood coagulation factoractivity,improving blood rheology,promoting the blood circulation,as well as other factorsthat may be realized with the aid of this formula.
