Clinical Study Of Bushen Huoxue Tiaojing Decoction In Treating Hypomenorrhea Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective: To probe into the clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue tiaojing decoction in treating hypomenorrhea of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and to provide reference for the treatment of hypomenorrhea.Methods: We selected 60 patients with hypomenorrhea of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome who attended gynecological clinic in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine from April2020 to September 2020,according to the method of random number table,30 cases in treatment group and 30 cases in control group were respectively treated with Bushen huoxue tiaojing decoction,estradiol valerate +progesterone capsules for 3 menstrual cycles,to evaluate and analyze the changes of menses,TCM symptom score and endometrial thickness before and after treatment,and observe the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment.Results: 1.After treatment,the scores of bleeding map,endometrial thickness and TCM syndrome of the two groups were significantly increased(p < 0.05).2.After treatment,the scores of bleeding map and TCM symptom in the two groups were statistically significant(p < 0.05),which showed that the TCM Group was better than the Western medicine group.3.There was no significant difference in endometrial thickness between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05).4.The results showed that 3 cases were cured,8 cases were effective,14 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 83.33%,and 1 case was cured,5 cases were effective,15 cases were effective,9 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was70.00%.P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the Chinese medicine group was superior to the Western medicine group.5,before and after treatment,the two groups of patients were related to the safety index detection showed no abnormalities.Conclusion: 1.For patients with hypomenorrhea due to kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,oral bushen Huoxue tiaojing decoction or estradiol valerate + progesterone capsule can increase menstrual flow,promote endometrial thickening and reduce TCM symptom score.Therefore,Bushen Huoxue tiaojing decoction can provide a multi-channel therapeutic scheme for patients with hypomenorrhea due to kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome who intend to take traditional Chinese medicine or who can not use hormone therapy because of their own reasons.2.Compared with estradiol valerate + progesterone capsule group,Bushen Huoxue tiaojing decoction has better effect in increasing menstrual volume and improving TCM symptoms.
