The Clinical Research Of Yuyin Zhibeng Decoction In Treating Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Uterine Bleeding

Objective:By using Yuyin Zhibeng Decoction to treat patients with uterine bleeding,the purpose of this research is to explore the pathogenesis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type uterine bleeding,and clarify the hemostatic and clinical efficacy of this prescription,to provide feasible treatment thoughts and methods for the clinical treatment of uterine bleedingMethods:A total of 45 patients with uterine bleeding who were admitted to this research received treatment in the gynecological clinic of**from April 2018 to December 2019.By using the method of comparing itself before and after,all the patients were treated with Yuyin Zhibeng Decoction,one dose per day,divided into two servings in the morning and evening;they would continue to take this prescription for 3 days after hemostasis,at the 4th day,they would begin to take the menstrual cycle induction,with subtracting Puhuang charcoal,Wulingzhi,Rubia cordifolia from the upper prescription,changing calcined oyster shell to oyster shell,adding angelica sinensis,salvia,rhizome cyperi,stopped medicine when menstruation comes.On the fifth day of the menstrual cycle,they retook the Yuyin Zhibeng Decoction,and continued to take the medicine in this method for three cycles.In the process of treatment,we observed and recorded the time how long the patients achieved hemostasis,and compared the scores of TCM symptoms,endometrium,PT and APTT before and after treatment,and observed the measurement of BBT after treatment.At last,we used SPSS 25.0 to analyze statistic s.Result:A total of 45 patients were collected,2 of them fell off during treatment,and we analyzed the whole statistics of 43 patients after clinical treatment,the total comprehensive effective rate was 88.37%.The overall effective rate of short-term hemostatic effect in the first cycle was 93.02%The difference of the TCM symptom scores between before and after was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the overall effective rate of TCM symptom effect was 88.37%.There were significant differences in endometrial thickness,PT,and APTT between before and after treatment(P<0.01);the BBT biphasic rate of patients after treatment was 72.09%,of which 15 were typical bipolar,16 were atypical bipolar,and 12 were unipolarConclusion:Using Yuyin Zhibeng Decoction to treat patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type uterine bleeding can not only effectively achieve hemostasis,improve the clinical symptoms,adjust the menstrual cycle,but also adjust the endometrial thickness,shorten PT and APTT,restore ovulation.The total comprehensive effective rate is 88.37%.Besides,there is no adverse reaction which was found in the patients during treatment.
