| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney combined with moxibustion in treating the deficiency of spleen and kidney with puberty abnormal uterine bleeding,and to explore the advantages of taking Chinese medicine decoction orally combined with moxibustion in treating the deficiency of spleen and kidney with puberty abnormal uterine bleeding,so as to provide more effective,safe and convenient treatment methods and options for patients.Methods:A total of 63 patients with puberty abnormal uterine bleeding meeting the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group with 31 cases and the control group with 32 cases.The control group was treated with taking Chinese medicine decoction orally,and the experimental group was treated with moxibustion on the basis of the control group.In both groups,Anchong Tiaojing Decoction was taken orally during the bleeding period,after the blood stopped,the regulating period was entered,the decoction for strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney was taken orally for 21 days,and then the bleeding prescription was taken on the5 th day of the next menstrual cycle,and the regulating prescription was taken for 21 days after the blood stopped.This cycle lasted for a total of 3menstrual cycles.The experimental group was treated with moxibustion once a day in the bleeding period until the blood stopped.After the bleeding has stopped,the treatment of moxibustion performed twice a week until the next cycle of menstrual.Starting on the 5th day of the next menstrual cycle,the treatment of moxibustion performed once a day until the bleeding stops,repeat in this way,a total of 3 menstrual cycles are treated.The time of recent hemostasis,the change of TCM symptom scores before and after treatment,the curative effect of menstrual regulation,the monitoring of BBT in the first menstrual cycle after treatment,and the hemoglobin level before and after treatment were observed and recorded to analyze the differences between the two groups.Results:1.Before treatment,the two groups of patients were not statistically significant(P>0.05)in comparison of age,course of disease,degree of illness,TCM symptom score and hemoglobin level,and they were comparable.2.After treatment,the two groups had significant curative effects in recent hemostasis,improvement of TCM symptoms and menstruation regulation,and the experimental group was better than the control group,with significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.05).3.After treatment,both groups had significant curative effect on the single syndrome of TCM secondary symptoms,the fatigue,poor appetite and loose stool and complexion of experimental group were better than those of control group,and there were significant differences(P < 0.05).4.After treatment,the hemoglobin levels in both groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment,and the experimental group was better than the control group,with significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.05).5.The monitoring of BBT in the first menstrual cycle after treatment was improved in both groups,and the experimental group was better than the control group,with a significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).6.No adverse reactions and safety problems were found in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion:1.The method of strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney,and the method of strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney combined with moxibustion can effectively stop bleeding,improve clinical symptoms,adjust the menstrual cycle,restore ovulation,and increase hemoglobin levels.2.The clinical curative effect of strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney combined with moxibustion is significantly better than the method of strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney alone.3.No adverse reactions and safety problems were observed in the two groups during the treatment,which indicated that they are safe and available treatment methods. |
