Clinical Observation On Hemostatic Effect Of Modified Anchong Tiaojing Decoction In Treating Metrorrhagia And Spleen And Kidney Deficiency Syndrome

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Anchong Tiaojing Decoction in the treatment of spleen and kidney deficiency type anovulatory uterine bleeding by adding the effect of Anchong Tiaojing Decoction,and to provide a scientific basis for clinical application.Methods: This study collected clinical cases of 60 patients with mild or anovulatory abnormal uterine bleeding who were admitted to the gynaecological clinic and inpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2017 to September 2018.For the two groups,each group consisted of 30 cases.The treatment group was treated with Anchong Tiaojing Decoction,and the control group was treated with Qi Ning(Progesterone Soft Capsule)to observe the TCM syndrome score and hemostasis effect of the patients with ovarian bleeding in the treatment group and the control group,basal body temperature measurement,prothrombin time,activated partial prothrombin time,and observed whether there is any adverse reaction during the medication.Results:(1)Before treatment,the age,duration of disease,number of bleeding days,and severity of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05),and they were similar;(2)After treatment,the two groups stopped bleeding in the near future and improved TCM symptoms.All the effects were significant,and the effect was higher in Anchong Tiaojing Decoction group(P<0.05).(3)After treatment,HB,PT and APTT were improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05).The effect of Tiaojing Decoction group was more significant;(4)No adverse reactions occurred in the observation group and the control group during the treatment.Conclusion: Anchong Tiaojing Decoction is effective in treating anovulatory uterine bleeding with spleen and kidney deficiency type.It is superior to Qining group in hemostasis and improving TCM symptoms.It can effectively raise patients compared with the control group.HB level improves the patient's coagulation function,and the clinical medication is safe and no adverse events occur.It is worthy of promotion that Anchong Tiaojing Decoction for the treatment of spleen and kidney deficiency type anovulatory uterine bleeding has its clinical application value.
