Dryness And Dampness Antipruritic Granule For Infantile Eczema And Heat Immersion Type Clinical Observation

Objective: to observe the clinical effective rate of self-made drydampness Zhiyang granule in the treatment of infantile eczema with dampness-heat invasion,and to evaluate objectively the clinical efficacy of dry-dampness-Zhiyang granule in the treatment of infantile eczema with damp-heat invading type.Methods: 60 children aged between 12 months and 36 months(3 years old)with eczema were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The patients in the treatment group were treated with Zaoshi Zhiyang granule,while the control group was treated with Xiaofeng Zhiyang granule and zinc borate for external use at the same time,while the control group was given Xiaofeng Zhiyang granule orally and zinc borate external treatment at the same time.The patients in both groups were treated with one week as a course of treatment,and the curative effect was evaluated after 3courses of treatment at the same time.The age,course of disease,sex,main symptoms(area of systemic lesion,degree of target skin lesion,degree of pruritus)and symptom score before and after treatment of syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)were recorded,and the scores of symptoms before and after treatment were compared.The data were analyzed by the SPSS10.0 software in comparison with the symptoms before and after treatment.Results:1.The total curative effect of the two groups was as follows:After three courses of treatment,the total effective rate was 96.7% in the treatment group and 83.3% in the control group(P < 0.05),indicating that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2.The scores of the main symptoms(systemic lesion area,target skin lesion degree,pruritus degree)in the two groups were as follows:After three courses of treatment,there were significant differences inthe whole body lesion area,target skin lesion degree and pruritus degree between the two groups(P < 0.05),which indicated that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the main symptom score.3.The scores of children with facultative syndrome(TCM syndrome)in both groups were as follows:After 3 courses of treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups had significant difference(P <0.05),indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in the improvement of TCM syndrome.4.The recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The clinical effect of external application of dry dampness Zhiyang granule combined with borate zinc oxide borneol ointment was better than that of Xiaofeng Zhiyang granule combined with borate zinc oxide borneol ointment in the treatment of infantile eczema(damp heat invading type).2.No obvious toxic and side effects were found in the treatment of infantile eczema(damp-heat invading type)with dry-dampness-Zhiyang granule.3.Dry dampness Zhiyang granule can reduce the recurrence rate of eczema in children.
