| Objectives:1.To observe the clinical effect of Wenshi Manshi No.1 prescription in treating chronic eczema with type of dampness-heat accumulation within the skin.2.In order to provide new experience and guidance for the treatment of chronic eczema with type of dampness-heat accumulation within the skin,by comparing the curative effect between Wenshi Manshi No.1 prescription and Qufeng Zhiyang Oral liquid in treating chronic eczema.Methods:According to the principle of random and control,72 outpatients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups: the treatment group named Wenshi Manshi No.1 Group(36 cases),and the control group named Qufeng Zhiyang Oral liquid Group(36 cases).Both groups were treated with paeonol ointment.The treatment time was 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,the symptoms and signs of the two groups were graded to judge the curative effect.Two groups of cured and effective patients were followed up 3 months after the treatment to evaluate the recurrence rate.Results:Three cases of shedding in treatment group and control group,69 cases in the final group,35 in the treatment group and 34 in the control group.After 4 weeks treatment,the obvious effective rate of the treatment group was 65.7%,the effective rate was 91.4%,the obvious effective rate of the control group was 23.5%,the effective rate was 76.5%,the obvious effective rate was statistically analyzed,p=0.000 < 0.01,there was significant difference,the effective rate was statistically analyzed,p=0.09 > 0.05,the effective rate was statistically analyzed there is no statistical difference.After treatment,the symptoms and signs of patients in two groups were improved.The treatment group is better than the control group in reducing the EASI score,itching score and total score(P < 0.05).Compared with the recent recurrence rate,the treatment group is superior to the control group.Conclusions:1.Wenshi Manshi No.1 prescription is an effective prescription for the treatment of chronic eczema with type of dampness-heat accumulation within the skin.2.There is no statistical difference in the effective rate between the two groups,but the obvious effective rate of the two groups have a statistical difference.Both groups had relapsing patients,but the short-term recurrence rate in the treatment group is lower than that in the control group.It shows that the curative effect of Wenshi Manshi No.1 prescription in treating chronic eczema with type of dampness-heat accumulation within the skin is better than that of Qufeng Zhiyang Oral liquid. |
