Clinical Observation On The Efficacy Of Self-made Eczema Formula In Treating Perianal Eczema After High Complex Anal Fistula Surgery

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of self-developed eczema formula in the treatment of acute perianal eczema(damp-heat-infused type)complicated by high complex anal fistula,and to provide a safe and efficient method for the treatment of perianal eczema complicated by high complex anal fistula.Methods:Forty-six patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into experimental and control groups according to the random number table method,with 23 cases in each group.The experimental group was given a sitz bath with self-prepared eczema formula,and the control group was given a sitz bath with the Fu Fang Huang Bai Ye Tu Ji application.In both groups,the sitz bath was given once in the morning and once in the evening,and a course of treatment was given for 7 days for two consecutive courses.The general clinical data of the patients were collected,and the pruritus degree,lesion area,perianal exudate score,total symptom score and quality of life score before and 3,7 and 14 days after treatment were recorded in both groups,and the adverse events were also recorded.Conclusions were drawn after analysis by statistical software.Results:1.There was no statistically significant difference in age,gender,each symptom score,total symptom score and quality of life score between the two groups before treatment by statistical analysis(P>0.05).2.On the third day after treatment,the degree of pruritus,lesion area,perianal exudate,total symptom score and quality of life score of the two groups decreased significantly compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the difference in the degree of pruritus score between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).It indicates that both drugs can play a therapeutic role at this time.3.On day 7 after treatment,the degree of pruritus,lesion area,perianal exudate,total symptom score and quality of life score of patients in both groups decreased significantly compared with day 3 after treatment(P<0.05),and the differences in the scores between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).It means that the symptoms of both groups improved significantly at this time,and the degree of relief in the experimental group was better than that in the control group.4.On the 14 th day after treatment,the degree of itching,lesion area,perianal exudate,total symptom score and quality of life score of the two groups decreased significantly compared with the 7th day after treatment(P<0.05),and the differences in the scores between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).This indicates that the efficacy of the selfprepared eczema formula was significantly better than that of the Fu Fang Huang Bai Ye Tu Ji application in the late stage of treatment.5.The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.65%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 90.09%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)when comparing the clinical efficacy of the two groups.6.During the treatment,the control group shed and rejected one case,and no adverse symptoms appeared in both groups.Conclusion:The efficacy of self-developed eczema formula in the treatment of acute perianal eczema(damp-heat-infused type)complicated by high-grade complex anal fistula after surgery was confirmed.The efficacy of the self-prepared eczema formula was better than that of the Fu Fang Huang Bai Ye Tu Ji application in relieving perianal itching,reducing perianal exudate,shrinking the lesion area and improving the quality of life,and no adverse effects occurred,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
