Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of cross-electroacupuncture at Baliao acupoints combined with scalp acupuncture in the treatment of urinary retention after stroke, and seek a better and effective treatment method for the clinical treatment of urinary retention after stroke. Methods:According to the order of admission,64 patients were carefully selected. All patients met the inclusion and diagnostic criteria, and were divided into 2 groups by random number table method, namely the treatment group and the control group. All patients were taken corresponding treatments for underlying diseases and bladder function nursing.Patients in the treatment group were treated with traditional acupuncture combined with cross-electroacupuncture at Baliao acupoints and scalp acupuncture, the cross-connection method of the electroacupuncture instrument is as follows: a lead wire connects the positive pole to the left Shangliao acupoint, and the negative pole connects to the right Zhongliao acupoint;a lead wire connects the positive pole to the left Ciliao acupoint, and the negative pole connects to the right Xialiao acupoint.A total of 4 wires are used.Patients in the control group were treated with traditional acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture. Both groups were treated 2 times/day,30min/time,14 days per course of treatment,1 course of treatment. The general information of the two groups of patients, the residual urine volume before and after treatment, the bladder function score, and the time to remove the catheter were compared and evaluated.Result:1.After treatment, the residual urine volume and bladder function score of the two groups of patients were reduced, and there was a significant statistical difference between the two groups(P< 0.01).The therapeutic effect of the treatment group on the disease was significantly better than that of the control group.2.According to the catheter removal time,in the treatment group,21 patients successfully pulled out the urinary tube, and the success rate of extubation was 70.00%,and the average catheter removal time was(8.90±1.04)days;in the control group,10 patients successfully pulled out the urinary tube, and the success rate of extubation was 33.33%,the average time to remove the catheter was(13.10±0.74)days.It can be seen that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group on the disease was significantly better than the control group.3.According to the Urinary retention standard in western medicine, the total effective rate and cure rate of patients in the treatment group were96.67% and 70.00% respectively;the total effective rate and cure rate of patients in the control group were 90.00% and 33.33%,respectively.According to the therapeutic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)difficult in urination, the healing rate of the therapy group and the control group is 90.00% and 70.00%,respectively.It indicated that the treatment group had better treatment effect.Conclusion:1.Traditional acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture and cross-electroacupuncture at Baliao acupoint combined with scalp acupuncture are effective for the treatment of Urinary retention after stroke.2.The treatment method of cross-electroacupuncture at Baliao acupoint combined with scalp acupuncture, the improvement of patients’ residual urine volume, bladder function score, and catheter removal time were better than those of the control group.3.Cross-electroacupuncture at Baliao acupoint combined with scalp acupuncture is more effective in treating Urinary retention after stroke, and it can be popularized and applied as a new effective method. |
