Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture at sishencong and baliao acupoints in the treatment of urinary retention after stroke, evaluate its effectiveness,so as to provide a scientific, effective and safe treatment regimen for the clinical treatment of urinary retention after stroke. Methods:The 96 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group 1,treatment group 2 and control group with 32 cases each. These patients in the three groups were given treatment of related basic diseases and bladder nurse. The patients of treatment group 1 were treated with electroacupuncture at sishencong and baliao acupoints and traditional acupuncture, the patients of treatment group 2 were treated with electroacupuncture at sishencong acupoint and traditional acupuncture, the patients of control group were treated with traditional acupuncture. These patients in the three groups were treated for 2 courses of treatment. The results of general informations, catheter indwelling time, residual urine volume, bladder function score, clinical classification of urinary retention and curative effect evaluation in the treatment of patients were analyzed to judge the effectiveness of different treatment groups in the three groups.Results:1.Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in general informations, residual urine volume, bladder function score and clinical classification of urinary retention among the three groups(P>0.05),indicating that the three groups were comparable.2.After treatment, there were statistically significant differences each group in residual urine volume, bladder function score and clinical classification of urinary retention(P<0.01).The results showed that each group after treatment was significantly better than before treatment in residual urine volume, bladder function score and clinical classification of urinary retention.3.After treatment, there were statistically significant differences by comparing in pairs between the three groups in catheter indwelling time, residual urine volume and bladder function score(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in clinical classification of urinary retention between the treatment group 1 and the treatment group 2(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in clinical classification of urinary retention between the treatment group 1 and the control group(P<0.01).And there was no statistically significant difference in clinical classification of urinary retention between the treatment group 2 and the control group(P>0.05).It indicated that the comparison of catheter indwelling time, residual urine volume and bladder function score showed that the treatment group 1 was better than the treatment group 2 and the treatment group 2 was better than the control group, while the comparison of clinical classification of urinary retention showed that the treatment group 1 was better than the treatment group 2 and the control group.4.After treatment, the effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,the effective rate of the treatment group was 77.4%,and the effective rate of the control group was 61.3%.The pairwise comparison of the three groups showed statistical differences(P<0.05).The treatment group 1 was better than the treatment group 2 and the treatment group 2 was better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Electroacupuncture at sishencong and baliao acupoints group, electroacupuncture sishencong acupoint group and traditional acupuncture group are effective in the treatment of urinary retention after stroke.2.After treatment, the urinary tube indwelling time, residual urine volume, bladder function score, clinical classification of urinary retention and efficacy evaluation results of electroacupuncture at sishencong and baliao acupoints group were better than those of other two groups.3.Electroacupuncture at sishengconong and baliao acupoints group hassignificant efficacy and few side effects, which can be used as an effective clinical treatment for urinary retention after stroke.
