Clinical Observation Of Urinary Incontinence After Stroke Electroacupuncture Treatment

Objective:By needling Shenshu. Huiyang, Shencong and Double foot motor sensory area combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of post stroke urinary incontinence and ordinary acupuncture group compared to explore the therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture.Research methods:the acupuncture ward Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine of patients who meet the inclusion criteria, a total of 60 cases,60 patients were randomly divided into two groups randomly,30 patients in treatment group and control group with 30 cases. The treatment group treated with acupuncture and electric acupuncture, acupoint selection for Shenshu, Hui Yang, God astute and double foot motor sensory area,30 minutes each time,1 times/day, for 5 days,2 days of rest, a week for a course of treatment, treatment for 4 courses; while the control group only treated with acupuncture the same location before and after treatment of urination, urine pad test, from the day frequency, ICIQ-SF scale, standard and the curative effect of Western medicine, clinical symptoms of urinary incontinence degree evaluation and outcome were evaluated for efficacy.Results:1. The group generated by random variables in patients with gender, age, course of disease, not a statistically significant difference (P>0.05), with statistical significance in the clinical observation.2.The results showed that the 1H urine pad test data after treatment, the patients in the two groups both before and after the treatment with significant difference (P< 0.05), the treatment effect of the curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group (P< 0.05).3. Daily micturition frequency data show, which is consistent with the group (P>0.05), with statistical significance, the two groups of patients with different treatment, two groups all have curative effect (P<0.05), after treatment in the two groups were compared, the treatment group and the control group with the difference (P<0.05), and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.4. The results show that the ICIQ-SF scale data, in the view of composition of patients,60 cases of patients with severity score in the amount of ICIQ-SF is consistent (P>0.05), with statistical significance, the two groups of patients with different treatment, after treatment and before treatment with significant difference (P<0.05), but in contrast to the results after treatment there was significant difference (P<0.05), the difference has the difference (P<0.05), can be obtained by the mean value, the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.5.Western medicine clinical symptom score data analysis shows that two groups of patients received different treatment, has a significant effect (P< 0.05), but after treatment, the patients in the two groups of curative effect of the treatment group was better than control group (P< 0.05), in terms of integrals, treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group curative effect, and has significant difference (P< 0.05), treatment efficiency was 83.33%, the effective rate was 63.33% in the control group.6. Urinary incontinence degree evaluation and outcome data indicate that the therapeutic effect of two groups, there was significant difference (P<0.05), but the curative effect of treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05), there is efficiency, with significant differences between the treatment (P<0.05), the treatment group than the control group. The effective rate of treatment group was 76.67%, the effective rate of control group was 60%. Conclusions:urinary incontinence after stroke treated control group 1, acupuncture therapy group and simple acupuncture therapy has curative effect.2 electro acupuncture therapy in the treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke than simple acupuncture therapy effect is more remarkable, can significantly improve the degree of urinary incontinence and clinical symptom.3 electroacupuncture therapy can effectively improve the life quality of patients.
