A Randomized Controlled Study Of Liangxue Jiedu Decoction In Treating Patients With Wasp Sting And Fire Toxin Syndrome

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Liangxue Jiedu Decoction on the common symptoms and blood routine,myocardial enzymes,liver function,and coagulation function indexes of patients with wasp sting and fire toxin syndrome,and explore the curative effect of the decoction on patients with wasp sting,in order to provide theory and basis for clinical treatment.MethodA total of 60 patients with wasp sting injury and fire poison syndrome were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(30 cases)and the treatment group(30 cases)respectively.The symptoms and signs of the patients were observed,the indexes of myocardial enzymes,liver function,and coagulation function of the patients were observed before and after treatment.Result1.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in age,gender,anamnesis,TCM symptom scores,leucocyte count,myocardial enzymes,liver function,coagulation function,renal function between the two groups(P>0.05).2.After treatment,the effective rate in the treatment group was 96.60%,that significantly higher than that in control group(89.60%)(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower than that before significantly.Except for symptoms of fever and shortness of breath,the improvement of other symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the control one,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.After 3 days of treatment,leucocyte counts of the two groups were lower than that before,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the decrease of leucocyte count was obvious in both groups,but there was no significant difference between them(P>0.05).5.After treatment,the main indexes of liver function(ALT,AST)in the two groups were lower than that before significantly,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.After treatment,the main indexes of myocardial enzymes(CK,CK-MB,LDH)in the two groups were lower than that before significantly,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the improvement of treatment group was better than that of control one.7.After treatment,the coagulation function(PT,APTT)of both groups improved obviously,but the difference was no statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05).8.After treatment,the renal function(BUN,Scr)of both groups improved obviously,but the difference was no statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05).conclusionLiangxue Jiedu Decoction combined with conventional treatment can alleviate the toxic reaction of patients with wasp sting and fire toxin syndrome effectively.It can also accelerate the decrease of white blood cell count,protect the function of heart and liver.This is very helpful to improve the effective rate of treatment and alleviate the pain of patients.
