Observation On The Curative Effect Of Liangxue Chushijiedu Decoction In The Treatment Of Psoriasis With Blood Heat And Dampness Syndrome

Background:Because the etiology of psoriasis is not clear,its treatment and protection are complex,and the efficacy and safety are often difficult to take into account,so psoriasis has become one of the common and difficult diseases in the field of dermatology.Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history in the treatment of psoriasis.There are various methods of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of psoriasis,including oral Chinese medicine,external Chinese medicine ointment,traditional Chinese medicine bubble washing therapy,acupuncture,cupping and so on.Among them,oral Chinese medicine is the most common treatment method,which has been recognized by the majority of patients with psoriasis,but there is still a lack of clinical research evidence of strict clinical trial design.Based on the basic theory of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,further refining the way of syndrome differentiation and treatment is one of the effective ways to increase the efficacy of TCM oral administration.Blood heat syndrome is the most common syndrome type of psoriasis,and it is also the key to the transformation of the disease.As an important and common pathogen,dampness pathogen often runs through the whole course of psoriasis.Therefore,blood heat dampness syndrome is the preferred syndrome type to refine the syndrome differentiation and treatment of psoriasis.In the treatment of blood heat syndrome of psoriasis,doctors often combine dehumidification herbs in basic prescriptions,It is often able to achieve satisfactory clinical efficacy.Liangxue Chushi Jiedu decoction is a combination of Qingre Chushi Decoction and Liangxue Huoxue Decoction,which is an agreed prescription in the Department of Dermatology,Beijing Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,Capital Medical University.Liangxue Huoxue decoction is Zhao Bingnan and Zhao Lao’s experience in treating psoriasis vulgaris,In addition,we have observed the clinical research of Qingre Chushi Decoction in the treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis with damp heat syndrome and acne with damp heat syndrome in the early stage of our department,which confirmed the effectiveness of Qingre Chushi Decoction for skin disease with damp heat syndrome,The Liangxue Jiedu Chushi Decoction was used in the treatment of psoriasis patients with blood heat dampness syndrome,and achieved good clinical effect in the early clinical application.Objective:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Liangxue Chushi Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with blood heat dampness syndrome,so as to optimize the treatment plan of psoriasis vulgaris with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Patients with psoriasis of blood heat dampness syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Liangxue Chushi Jiedu Decoction and the control group was treated with Liangxue Jiedu Decoction twice a day.The total course of treatment was 8 weeks.The changes of primary and secondary outcome indicators,including clinical efficacy(PASI75,PASI 50,(PASI 90),PASI score,quality of life score(DLQI),pruritus score(VAS)and safety.Results:The actual 58 cases were enrolled and 38 cases completed the whole treatment cycle,including 18 cases in the treatment group,20 cases in the control group and 20 cases of shedding.For the shedding cases meeting 4 weeks,the data were translated during the statistical analysis.Finally,23 cases in the treatment group and 26 cases in the control group were included in the statistical analysis.1.After 8 weeks of treatment,the clinical improvement rate(PASI75)of Liangxue Chushi Jiedu Decoction group(treatment group)and Liangxue Jiedu Decoction group(control group)were 13.0%and 11.5%respectively,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);PASI 50 of treatment group and control group were 69.6%and 50%respectively,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);PASI 90 of the two groups were 4.3%and 0%,respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);2.PASI and DLQI scores:after the treatment,PASI and DLQI scores of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(2 weeks,4 weeks,6 weeks,8 weeks)(P>0.05);3.VAS score:compared with before treatment,there were significant differences in the improvement of VAS score between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups at 2 and 4 weeks(P>0.05),but there was significant difference at 6 and 8 weeks(P<0.05);4.There were no serious adverse reactions in the patients included in this study,and a small number of patients had mild gastrointestinal reactions,which were improved after adjusting the way of taking drugs,so it’s safety.Conclusion:1.Compared with Liangxue Jiedu Decoction,Liangxue Chushi Jiedu Decoction for psoriasis vulgaris with blood heat dampness syndrome has the same curative effect in terms of clinical efficiency,PASI score and quality of life of patients with skin diseases,and has better curative effect.It is better than Liangxue Jiedu Decoction in improving itching syndrome of patients.2.Liangxue Chushi Jiedu decoction is effective and safty in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with blood heat and dampness.
