Clinical Observation Of Runzao Qufeng Antipruritic Cream In Treating Chronic Eczema Of Blood Deficiency And Wind-dryness

Objective:To observe clinical effects of Runzao Qufeng antipruritic cream in Treating chronic eczema of blood deficiency and wind-drynessMethods:Experimental study:Dermal Sensitization Test,15 guinea pigs were randomly divided into three groups (the treatment group and two control group) which were treated with the application of Runzao Qufeng antipruritic cream and 75% ethanol and 2,4-2-nitro-chloro benzene respectively.The cutaneous reaction were observed at 12h,24h,48h,72h respectively. Clinical Observation:To make the investigation of life quality in patients with psoriasis chronic eczema and to give numbers to 60 cases according to the order serial number which they getted when they saw a doctor,then divided them into the treatment group (treated with Runzao Qufeng antipruritic cream) and control group (treated with Qiang Yue cream) with the stochastic tables law.All the patients were evaluated with DLQI and the degree of itches,the order of severity of skin damage and the area of skin damage,before and after treatment of 4 weeks. Result:Experimental study:.Runzao Qufeng antipruritic cream has no dermal sensitization. Clinical Observation:After treatment of 4 weeks, the scores of DLQI and the degree of itches,the order of severity of skin damage and the area of skin damage of the Runzao Qufeng antipruritic cream group have been improved markedly, there into Runzao Qufeng antipruritic cream is apparently superior to Qiang Yue cream in relieving itches and improving the order of severity of skin damage, while is similar to Qiang Yue cream in improving the area of skin damage;The total effective rate of patients treated with Runzao Qufeng antipruritic cream for 4 weeks is 80%, and it's efficacy is similar to Qiang Yue cream;The improvement of Runzao Qufeng antipruritic cream group with 4 weeks treament among DLQI, the degree of itches,the order of severity of skin damage and the area of skin damage is positive correlation (P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Runzao Qufeng antipruritic cream is effective in relieving itches and has a remarkable effect of improveing the symptom and the life quality of patients;2.Runzao Qufeng antipruritic cream has no dermal irritation and sensitization.
