Cinical Observation On The Treatment Of Recurrent Oral Ulcer In Children(Wind-heat Into The Spleen) With Jiaweiqingrexiepi Powder

Objective: To observe the effect of Jiaweiqingrexiepi Powder in the treatment of children with ROU(Wind-heat into the spleen symptom).Methods: In this study,66 children were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,33 cases in each group.The experimental group was given Jiaweiqingrexiepi Powder and the control group was given Kangfuxin Liquid after gargling.After 5 days of treatment,the local and systemic symptom scores of the two groups were observed.Spss25.0 was used to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:1.There was no significant difference in age,gender and course of disease between the two groups,which was comparable(P>0.05).2.Total effective rate analysis: compared with the total effective rate of the two groups,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.63%,which was higher than 70.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the experimental group has advantages in the treatment of this disease.3.Intra group comparison after treatment: the scores of local and systemic symptoms and total scores of the experimental group after treatment were statistically significant compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the local symptom score of the control group was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),while the systemic symptom score of the control group was not significantly higher than that before treatment(P>0.05).4.Comparison between the two groups after treatment: there was no significant difference in the improvement of local symptoms,ulcer exudation and the number of ulcers between the two groups(P>0.05).The other symptoms,such as ulcer pain,congestion,sore throat,irritability,bad breath,salivation and so on,were better in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Jiaweiqingrexiepi Powder can effectively relieve the primary and secondary symptoms of children’s ROU(wind-heat into the spleen symptom),with high clinical cure rate.2.The curative effect of modified Jiaweiqingrexiepi Powder is better than Kangfuxin Liquid in the treatment of children’s recurrent oral ulcer(wind heat with Spleen Syndrome).
