Clinical Observation Of Xiehuang Powder In The Treatment Of Recurrent Oral Ulcer Of Heart And Spleen Accumulation Heat Type

Objective:Recurrent oral ulcer is prone to recurrence,suffers from attack,affects eating,and affects the quality of life.There are many kinds of clinical medicines,but there are no specific drugs with different curative effects.However,the incidence of side effects of hormone drugs and some corrosive drugs is higher and the economic burden is heavier.This topic has great economic and social significance in finding an effective and economical treatment method.Righteousness.Xiehuang Powder is used to treat both the symptoms and the side effects of traditional Chinese medicine.In this study,we observed the efficacy,symptoms improvement and recurrence rate of Xiehuang Powder in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer in order to promote the clinical application of Xiehuang Powder.Methods : Control group: Vitamin C(Northeast Pharmaceutical Group Shenyang First Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.)2 tablets three times a day,one tablet of H21020713 compound vitamin B(Tianjin Feiying Yuchuan Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.),three times a day.The quasi-character of Chinese medicine H12020590.The experimental group was treated with Xiehuang Powder on the basis of the control group.The prescription was Huoxiang(10g),Gardenia(6g),Gypsum(15g),Licorice(6g),Fangfeng(20g),400 ml decoction,one dose a day,and divided into morning and evening.During the treatment,patients were advised to abstain from smoking and drinking,keep their mouth clean and avoid spicy,greasy and irritating food.Statistical efficacy of two consecutive weeks of treatment in the experimental group and the control group Results : The total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.00%,higher than80.00% of the control group,and the number of patients recovered,markedly effective and effective was higher than that of the control group.After the treatment,the number,area and pain scores of the two groups decreased significantly.The scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P < 0.01).The difference was statistically significant.There was no statistical significance in ulcer hyperemia score(P >0.05).The monthly recurrence rate and total recurrence rate of the experimental group were less than those of the control group,the total recurrence rate of the experimental group was 13.33%,and the total recurrence rate of the control group was 43.33%,so the long-term efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:The cure rate of Xiehuang powder was 90.0% and that of control group was80%.The healing degree of oral ulcer in patients treated with Xiehuang Powder is obvious.After treatment,the pain is obviously relieved,and the area,number and congestion of ulcer are obviously improved.The long-term recurrence rate is lower than that of the control group,and the curative effect is more ideal.It is worth popularizing in clinic.
