Clinical Effect Of "Tiaoshen Zhiyun" In The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylosis Of Vertebral Artery Type

ObjectiveVertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis(CSA)is characterized by vertigo,neck and shoulder pain,blurred vision,deafness and tinnitus.In recent years,the incidence rate of CSA has been increasing year by year due to various factors such as mobile phones and computer.The age of onset tends to be younger.The long-term incidence of severe impact on quality of life is serious.Acupuncture has great advantages in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.The purpose of this course is to explore the acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.The conventional acupuncture method and "regulating the mind and stopping dizziness" acupuncture method are used for treatment.To provide reference for the clinical treatment of this disease,the changes of observation indexes before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Methods64 patients treated at our hospital’s Tuina orthopedics and acupuncture clinics and wards between April 2020 to February 2021.They were selected for massage therapy.According to the diagnosis,patients were randomly divided into observation and control groups,with each group containing 32 patients.Tiaoshen Zhiyun acupuncture was given to the the observation group.The conventional acupuncture was given to the control group.In the treatment group,scalp acupuncture: midline Dingxie(MS5),midline Dingxie 1(non-national standard),midline Dingxie 2(equivalent to MS9),midline Dingxie 2(non-national standard),dizzy hearing area(Jiao’s scalp acupuncture);body acupuncture: Fengchi,Hegu,Waiguan(both sides),Jingjiaji.The acupoint selection of the control group was the same as that of the treatment group.Treatment once a day,6 times for a course of treatment,a total of 2courses of treatment were included in the statistical analysis.Record and analyze the values of cervical vertigo symptom and function assessment scale(escv)and transcranial Doppler(TCD)before and after treatment,and evaluate the curative effect according to the clinical symptom grading scale of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis,and compare and analyze the clinical curative effect of "Tiaoshen Zhiyun" acupuncture group and conventional acupuncture group.Results1 Baseline comparison: the gender,age,course of disease,ESCV scale and TCD score before treatment were compared between the two groups,and the differences were relatively consistent(P > 0.05).2 Comparison of ESCV scale score: comparison within the group,two groups’ scores were increased after treatment,and the comparison results showed statistical significance(P < 0.05).After treatment,the score of the treatment group was significantly higher than the other.(P < 0.05).3 Comparison of the scores of each factor in the ESCV score scale between the two groups after treatment:(1)Comparison in the group: after treatment,the scores of ESCV’s factors in two group were higher than before.The scores of neck and shoulder pain showed no statistical significance(P>0.05),while the scores of other factors showed statistical significance(P<0.05).And the differences in the treatment group were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Comparison between groups: After treatment,the scores of ESCV’s factors were increased in the treatment group compared with the other.Vertigo score,psychological and social adjustment score showed statistical significance(P<0.05),while neck and shoulder pain score,headache score,daily life and work score showed no statistical significance(P>0.05).4 Comparison and comparison of TCD indicators: After treatment,compared with before treatment,two groups’ average flow rates of RVA,LVA and BA were faster,and the results showed statistical significance(P<0.05).The the treatment group’s average velocity of BA showed statistical significance(P<0.05),while the average velocity of LVA and RVA in the two groups did not show statistical significance(P<0.05).5 Two groups of patients curative effect evaluation: 32 patients in each group,the control group 8 were cured(25%),9 were markedly effective(28.12%),10 were effective(31.25%),5 were ineffective(15.63%),the total effective rate of 84.38%;treatment group 12 were cured(37.5%),14 were markedly effective(43.75%),4 were effective(12.5%),2 were ineffective(6.5%)The total effective rate was 93.75%.After testing,the difference between the two group was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion1 The therapeutic effect of "Tiaoshen Zhiyun" and conventional acupuncture on cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery type is remarkable.2 Compared with the control group,the effect of "Tiaoshen Zhiyun" in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type is better,the effect of improving the mean velocity of basilar artery was better than that of the control groupand,the overall effect is also better,which is worthy of research and application.
