Observation On Treating Vertebral Artery Type Cervical Spondylosis By Acupuncture On The Muscle Meridian Theory

Objective Through the observation of efficacy by using of the self-made acupuncture on the muscle meridian theory to treat vertebral artery type cervical spondylopathy,to explore the high efficiency of this acupuncture therapy used on treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylopathy,which is striked out by thinking adjustment of using aponeurotic channel.Methods In this study,the 65 patients who met the criterion are collected from the patients came to Inpatient Department of Huangpi District of Wuhan’s Chinese Medicine Hospital and Outpatient department.As four cases were detached,there were 61 cases included in the efficacy statistics and analysis;According to DOLL’S radom grouping,Treatment group(acupuncture on the muscle meridian theory)is 31 cases,and control group(normal acupuncture)is 30 cases. The group of acupuncture on the muscle meridian theory,according to thinking of acupuncture on the muscle meridian theory,taken the nodules at bilateral mastoid,bilateral neck pillow transition are,c1-c7 bilateral transverse pressure point(if both sides have pressure points,take the heavier side),and its vertebral body at the same level on the same side of the cervical jiaji acupoint,with a C1-C2 pain relief side iliac,C3-C5 pain relief side Houxi,C6-C7 take pain side Hegu,retention needle 30 minutes.The control group took Fengchi points(both sides)according to teaching material(《The Theory of Acupuncture and Moxibustion》,edited by Qicai Wang),Neck Jia-ji(c3-c5 both sides),Baihui,Dazhui(GV 14),Houxi(SI 3)(both sides).After getting gas,keep the needle for 30 minutes;Both groups were given one acupuncture every other day for seven consecutive days for a total of 14 days.We collected cervical spondylosis results,dizziness,and social adaptability at the stage of data before treatment,after the second treatment,and after the seventh treatment,and used SPSS22.0 statistical software to compare and analyze the observation indexes and curative effects before and after treatment.Results 1.Before treatment,the age,gender,severity of illness,length of illness,and clinical scores of the two groups of patients were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The results were comparable.2.After two treatments,the curative effect of cervical spondylosis between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 7 times of treatment,the curative effect of cervical spondylosis between the two groups was also statistically significant(P< 0.05).3.After treatment for 2 times,the vertigo of cervical spondylosis was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in life function and social fitness(P>0.05);after 7 treatments The curative effect of cervical spondylosis on vertigo and social adaptability in both groups was also statistically significant(P<0.05).After the end of the 7 treatments,the comprehensive curative effect of the two groups of treatment programs was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 1.The normal acupuncture method and acupuncture on the muscle meridian theory both can effectively relieve the patient’s symptoms.2.The method of acupuncture on the muscle meridian theory can have a faster effect as it’s started from the treatment of the overall concept,and can quickly restore the patient’s neck physiological function.Clinical application has great promotion value.
