ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type(CSA)treated by Pressing-Moxibustion in Baihui point combined with Electro-acupuncture.To explore the function of combining Pressing-Moxibustion in Baihui point with Electro-acupuncture to cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery, and find an efficient and convenient treatment,in order to improve the markedly effective rate of this disease in clinical treatment.MethodsAccording to the random number table method, take the 60 patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type who were included in the study were randomly divided into Baihui Pressing-Moxibustion group(the treatment group)and Baihui acupuncture group(the control group),each group for 30 cases. The formulation of TCM diagnostic criteria is based on the content of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type in the textbook of Chinese Muscle Injury mainly edited by Huang Guicheng in 2016 and Traditional Chinese Orthopedics edited by Wang Heming in 2017 published by China Press of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Both groups selected Baihui point,Fengchi(double)point and Ashi point of the neck. The Baihui acupuncture group(the control group)used the electric needle wind pool, the same side neck Ashi point and acupuncture in Baihui, leaving the needle for 30 minutes;Baihui Pressing-Moxibustion group(the treatment group),the electro-acupuncture operation method was the same as the control group.Baihui point used Pressing-Moxibustion after the end of electro-acupuncture.The specific operation method of Baihui Pressing-Moxibustion:the patient takes a seat, smears a proper amount of Wanhua oil on the Baihui point, and then places 12 or more layers of cotton or facial tissue, the fully ignited wormwood strips(produced in Eastern Ai Rong factory of Suzhou,specifications:25 g/support)are pressed directly onto the cotton or tissue paper, and the force needs to be uniform. The patient consciously has heat from the top of the head to the brain or to the surrounding direction. The heat is tolerated by the patient. If there is obvious burning sensation, the moxa stick should be removed immediately together with the cotton or facial tissue, and the patient should be highly matched for 5 consecutive operations. It takes 5 days of treatment per week, with 10 days as a course of treatment. The treatment effect was evaluated by clinical efficacy evaluation,ESCV scale score and visual analog VAS scale score. Before the treatment, the evaluation data after the first treatment(30 min)and after the end of the treatment period(30 min)were analyzed, and the statistical data were processed by spss25.0 software,to compare within and between groups, and analyze the effects of the two groups.ResultThe study has no case of shedding. There were no significant differences in general information on gender, age, the duration of disease and the data of pre-treatment VAS and ESCV scale scores(P>0.05)in both groups, which is comparable.? Comparison using ESCV scale scores:after the first treatment, the comparisons were made within groups, the Baihui Pressing-Moxibustion group(the treatment group)compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),the Baihui acupuncture group(the control group)compared with that before treatment(P>0.05),the difference between the two groups after the first treatment was compared(P<0.01);after the treatment, the comparisons were made within groups, the Baihui Pressing-Moxibustion group(the treatment group)compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),the Baihui acupuncture group(the control group)compared with before treatment(P<0.05);after the end of the treatment, the difference between the two groups was compared(P<0.01):?Comparison using VAS pain scores:after the first treatment, the comparisons were made within groups, the Baihui Pressing-Moxibustion group(the treatment group)compared with that before treatment(P>0.05),the Baihui acupuncture group(the control group)compared with that before treatment(P>0.05),the difference between the two groups after the first treatment was compared(P>0.05);after the treatment, the comparisons were made with in groups, the Baihui Pressing-Moxibustion group(the treatment group)compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),the Baihui acupuncture group(the control group)compared with before treatment(P<0.05);after the end of the treatment, the difference between the two groups was compared(P<0.01):? The comparison of clinical efficacy of the two groups after the first treatment:the effective rate of Baihui Pressing-Moxibustion group(the treatment group)was 56.57%,the effective rate of Baihui acupuncture group(the control group)was 23.33%;the efficiency of the two groups was compared(P<0.01):? The comparison of clinical efficacy after the achievement of the two groups of treatments:the total effective rate of Baihui Pressing-Moxibustion group(treatment group)was 100%,and the markedly effective rate was 86.67%;the total effective rate of Baihui acupuncture group(control group)was 90.00%,and the markedly effective rate was 56.67%.The total effective rate of the two groups was compared(P>0.05),and the markedly effective rate of the two groups were compared(P<0.01).Conclusion? Both groups have curative effect on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type, and the Baihui Pressing-Moxibustion group(the treatment group).has a better curative effect;? Baihui Pressing-Moxibustion combined with electro-acupuncture treatment has immediate effect on vertigo of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type;? Baihui Pressing-Moxibustion has an enhanced effect on neck pain of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.
