Objective:1.Using Meta analysis method to systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of TCM minimally invasive technology in the treatment of Flexor tendon stenosing tenosynovitis(TF),and provide a feasible plan and evidence-based basis for clinical treatment.2.To observe the effectiveness and safety of the Jin Gu Needles treatment of flexor tendon stenosing tenosynovitis, and provide a safer and more effective treatment plan for the clinic.Methods:1.A clinical randomized controlled(RCT)study on the use of minimally invasive TCM techniques in the treatment of TF in Chinese and foreign databases was searched by computer. The search time limit is from the establishment of the database to February 2020.The literature was screened in strict accordance with the exclusion criteria, and relevant materials were extracted. After the quality evaluation of the literature, the Revman5.3 software was used for data analysis.Curative effect evaluation indicators are total effective rate, recurrence rate and visual analogue scale(VAS).2.Using a random number table,74 TF patients from the Jin Gu Needles Clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into Jin Gu Needles Group and Voltaren Emulsion External Application Group, with 37 cases in each group. The Jin Gu Needles treatment group was treated once a week for a total of 4 weeks;the Voltaren emulsion topical group was treated 3 times a day for a total of 4 weeks. Before treatment, immediately after treatment,1 week after treatment,2 weeks after treatment,4 weeks after treatment,1 month follow-up,and 2 months follow-up,VAS score and total active movement measurement method(total active movement,TAM)were used in the two groups, and analysis of differences within and between groups, from the recurrence rate and clinical efficacy evaluation. Results: 1.A total of 14 publications with a total of 1628 patients were included.the results of the Meta-analysis showed that the results of the minimally invasive Chine se medicinetreatment group were better than the control group in terms of overall efficiency, recurrence rate and VAS score.2.In the two groups of patients, the VAS score and TAM index were improved compared with the previous one week after treatment, two weeks after treatment,4 weeks after treatment,1 month follow-up,and 2 months follow-up(P<0.05).Immediately after treatment, there was no significant difference in TAM index compared with before treatment, but VAS score was significantly different;between the two groups, except for the two weeks after treatment, there was no significant difference in VAS score and TAM index(P>0.05),the rest of the time points were treated with Jin Gu Needles group was better than the Voltaren emulsion external application group in terms of pain relief and improvement of the movement of the patient’s fingers(P<0.05).And the total effective rate of Jin Gu Needles group is 95.24%,which is higher than the effective rate of 87.8% in the voltarin emulsion external using group. The difference between the two curative effects is statistically significant(P<0.01),indicating that the clinical efficacy of the Jin Gu Needles group in the treatment of TF is significantly higher than Voltaren emulsion topical group. From the point of view of the recurrence rate, the Jin Gu Needles group was 2.70%,and the Voltaren emulsion group was 16.2%,indicating that the Jin Gu Needles group had a low recurrence rate and a better treatment effect. Conclusions: 1.Minimally invasive TCM technology has a good effect in the treatment of TF,which is worthy of promotion. However, due to the limited experimental data included, the quality of the literature is not high, and a large sample of high-quality clinical randomized controlled studies are needed for verification.2.Jin Gu Needles has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of TF,which can effectively relieve the patient’s pain symptoms, improve the mobility of the patient’s finger, improve the quality of life, and have a low recurrence rate and better long-term curative effect. The therapeutic effect of Jin Gu Needles is better than external use of Voltaren emulsion.
