The Clinical Efficacy Of Push Knife In The Treatment Of Stage II Of Flexor Tendon Tenosynovitis

ObjectiveThrough the clinical comparison study of push shear knife and Voltaren Gel on stenosing tenosynovitis,to estimate clinical efficacy of push shear knife and Voltaren Gel.To explore the effective treatment of the treatment of stenosing tenosynovitis ?,improve the clinical efficacy.Methods40 cases of stenosing tenosynovitis according with the inclutioncriteria in Beijing Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2014 to December 2016,of which 20 cases treated with the push shear knife,other 20 cases treated with Voltaren Gel,grouped into the treatment group and the control group according to the treatment.A evaluation and contrast on their symptom?pain index and standardization of efficacy evaluation.Treatment effects were evaluated after three-month follow-up.ResultsTwo group of patient were treated by push shear knife and Voltaren Gel on stenosing tenosynovitis.And all of them accepted 3 months follow-up.After 1 weeks'treatmet,two group's average scores of their VAS core differential was 2.90±1.20 and 1.90±1.11 relatively,explain that treatment group than control group for improvement of pain(p=0.013<0.05);The results were similar of the study after evaluat the effect of two groups(p=0.06>0.05).After 2 weeks'treatmet,two group's average scores of their VAS core differential was 4.30±1.30 and 2.85±1.08 relatively,explain that treatment group than control group for improvement of pain(p=0.001<0.05);The therapeutic effectiveness of therapy group is better than the control one(p=0.022<0.05).After 3 weeks'treatmet,two group's average scores of their VAS core differential was 4.75±1.25 and 3.90±1.16 relatively,explain that treatment group than control group for improvement of pain(p=0.032<0.05);The results were similar of the study after evaluat the effect of two groups(p=0.199>0.05).After 4 weeks'treatmet,two group's average scores of their VAS core differential was 5.25±1.48 and 4.30±1.08 relatively,explain that treatment group than control group for improvement of pain(p=0.015<0.05);The therapeutic effectiveness of therapy group is better than the control one(p=0.039<0.05).After 6 weeks'treatmet,two group's average scores of their VAS core differential was 5.55± 1.39 and 4.15±1.13 relatively,explain that treatment group than control group for improvement of pain(p=0.002<0.05);The therapeutic effectiveness of therapy group is better than the control one(p=0.003<0.05).After 8 weeks'treatmet,two group's average scores of their VAS core differential was 5.80±1.19 and 4.05±1.14 relatively,explain that treatment group than control group for improvement of pain(p=000095<0.05);The therapeutic effectiveness of therapy group is better than the control one(p=0.001<0.05).After 12 weeks'treatmet,two group's average scores of their VAS core differential was 6.10±1.25 and 4.00±1.48 relatively,explain that treatment group than control group for improvement of pain(p=0.000137<0.05);The therapeutic effectiveness of therapy group is better than the control one(p=0.000012<0.05).ConclusionThe two groups of patients were followed up for a period of up to 3 months.Through statistical analysis we can find that the overall clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group on 2 stage of stenosing tenosynovitis.Long-term Observation on Curative Effect of treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group.The symptoms of treatment group did not recur but some cases were recurred in the controlled group.
