Clinical Oberservation On The Flurbiprofen Cataplasms With Orthopedics Fuinigation Medicine For The Treatment Of Early Flexor Tendon Tenosynovitis Stenovitis Stenosis

Objective:To study and observe the clinical effects by use Flurbiprofen Cataplasms with Orthopedics fumigation medicine for the treatment of early flexor tendon tenosynovitis stenosis,contract with single Flurbiprofen Cataplasms and single Orthopedics fumigation medicine.To demenstrate that using the combination of the two methods is more outstanding,and provide new ideas for the treatment of early flexor tendon tenosynovitis stenosis.Methods:During the period from January 2017 to January 2018,according to the inclusion criteria to select 63 cases with early flexor tendon tenosynovitis stenosis,all patients were selected from the orthopedics outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine.63 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups,21 cases in each group,A group were treated by external application of Flurbiprofen Cataplasms,B group of patients using the Orthopedics fumigation medicine to fumigate and wash effected part,C group were treated by combined use of Flurbiprofen Cataplasms and Orthopedics fumigation medicine;the A?B group was control group,group C as the treatment group.2 weeks for a course of treatment,to observe and compare local pain and function improvement of each group after a courses of treatment,and the treatment results were statistically analyzed.Results:After a course of treatment,3 groups have different degrees of improvement in local pain and limited function,the curative effect of treatment group is better than two control groups,the total efficiency rate of treatment group using a combination of Flurbiprofen Cataplasms and Orthopedics fumigation medicine was 95.2%,the total efficiency rate of Orthopedics fumigation medicine group was 90.5%,and the total efficiency rate of Flurbiprofen Cataplasms group was 85.7%.By statistical analysis,the P<0.05,there are significant differences between the 3 groups,the curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:The combined use of Flurbiprofen Cataplasms with Orthopedics fumigation medicine for the treatment of early flexor tendon tenosynovitis stenosis has a better curative effect than single use of Flurbiprofen Cataplasms or Orthopedics fumigation medicine,which is safe and reliable,simple,less pain,easy to accept,and can significantly improve the local pain and limited function symptoms of patients with early flexor tendon tenosynovitis stenosis,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
