Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Sanbi Decoction fumigation and Needle-knife in the treatment of flexor tendon tenosynovitis stenosis of finger with deficiency cold type.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,60 patients with flexor tendon tenosynovitis stenosis of deficiency-cold type treated in the Department of orthopedics and rheumatology of Quanzhou Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Fujian University of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly assigned as the treatment group: 30 cases were treated with Needle-knife;30 patients were treated with Sanbi Decoction fumigation and Needle-knife.The Visual Analog Scale(VAS),total tendon function(TAM)and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score were collected before treatment,2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment.The thickness of tendon sheath was collected before and after treatment.The data were collected and statistically analyzed,and the curative effect of fumigation and washing with Sanbi decoction combined with acupotomy in the treatment of stenosing tenosynovitis of flexor tendon of deficiency cold type was summarized and evaluated.The collected data were analyzed by SPSS23.0 statistical software.Results:1.The age and gender of the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.VAS score: Before treatment,2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.These results indicated that Sanbi Decoction fumigation combined with acupotomy had higher pain improvement effect than acupotomy alone after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment.VAS score: there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);The VAS scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared within the group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both groups can alleviate pain;The VAS scores of the two groups at 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment were compared.It was found that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference at each time point was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the pain relief effect of the experimental group was better after treatment.3.TAM score: The TAM scores of the two groups were compared before treatment,2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The TAM scores of the experimental group and the control group were statistically significant after 2 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks of treatment respectively,suggesting that the effect of improving the range of motion of the affected finger in the experimental group was better than that in the control group at each time point.4.Thickness of tendon sheath: The tendinous sheath thickness of the two groups was compared before and after treatment,the experimental group(P<0.05),the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant,and the tendinous sheath thickness of the two groups was compared 4 weeks after treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the experimental group was better than the control group in reducing the thickness of the diseased tendon sheath at each time point.5.TCM syndrome scores:The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were compared before treatment,2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the test group score was higher than the control group,indicating that Sanbi decoction fumigation combined with acupotomy after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment effect was higher than that of acupotomy alone.6.Analysis of clinical efficacy: The cure rate of the experimental group and the control group were 65.5% and 34.4%,respectively.The cure rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.After statistical analysis,(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.It showed that Sanbi decoction combined with fumigation and acupotomy had better clinical effect than acupotomy alone.7.Safety analysis: In this study,no patients had adverse reactions.Conclusions:Fumigation and washing with Sanbi decoction combined with acupotomology in the treatment of constrictive tenosynovitis of flexor tendon of deficiency cold type can relieve pain of affected fingers,reduce the thickness of compressed tendon sheath,restore the range of motion of interphalangeal joint,and improve the clinical symptoms of patients... |
