To Observe The Clinical Efficacy Of Three Different Therapies And The Flexor Tendon Stenosing Tenosynovitis

Objective:Treatment of small knife,a partial closure of topical medication treatment.as well as three different treatment methods on the flexor tendon of stenosing tenosynovitis the clinical efficacy,for the selection of a more rational,efficient and convenient method provide the basis for the treatment.Methods:Will be 117 cases(150 refers) flexor tendon stenosing tenosynovitis severity of symptoms by patients divided into three degrees,were randomly divided into three treatment groups:small knife treatment group,the partial closure of the treatment group, compared topical medication in different circumstances The therapeutic effect.Results:(1) The total effieiency,small knife treatment group efficiency 94%,the partial closure of the treatment group efficiency 72%.Topical drug treatment group,66%efficiency, After statistical analysis,and the partial closure of topical medication treatment there was no significant difference,and small knife treatment is better than the first two treatment methods. (2) According to the classification,through statistical analysis,small knife in the treatment group comparedⅠⅡ,Ⅲgood effect,a partial closure in the treatment groupⅠ,ⅡⅢmore effective,drug treatment,externalⅠ,ⅡⅢmore effective.(3) the outcome of treatment for patients with recurrent small knife treatment,with the partial closure of topical treatment with that of drug therapy in patients with recurrence of the efficiency is 94.44%, 62.5%,28.57%,through statistical analysis,significant differences.(4) three treatment methods,means more than the outcome of treatment for the sick,a small knife therapy group 95%efficiency,a partial closure of the treatment group efficiency 55.56%,a topical drug treatment group efficiency 50.00%,through statistical analysis,3 kind of treatment there were significant differences in the treatment of small knife treatment is better than a partial closure, partial closure of the treatment is superior to topical medication.Conclusion:(1) of the three treatment methods flexor tendon stenosing tenosynovitis have some effect.(2) small knife treatment convenient,simple and effective than the other two methods.(3) refers to patients with recurrent and more preferences for small knife.(4) According to the classification,through statistical analysis,small knife in the treatment group comparedⅠⅡ,Ⅲgood effect,a partial closure in the treatment groupⅠ,ⅡⅢmore effective,drug treatment,externalⅠ,ⅡⅢmore effective.
