Objective:To study and observe the clinical effects by use Guided Needle-knife with Tougusan Fumigation for the treatment of Flexor Tendon Tenosynovitis Stenosis of Cold-dampness Obstruction Syndrome, contract with single Guided Needle-knife and single Tougusan Fumigation. To demenstrate that using the combination of the two methods is more outstanding, and provide new ideas for the treatment of Flexor Tendon Tenosynovitis Stenosis of Cold-dampness Obstruction Syndrome. Methods:From February 2019 to December 2019,a total of 90 cases of patients who met the western medicine diagnosis of "Flexor Tendon Tenosynovitis Stenosis" and TCM syndrome of "Cold-dampness Obstruction" were included in the clinical study according to the criteria.According to the methods of random and control,it was divided into three groups, one treatment group and two control group,30 cases in each group.Thetreatment group Atreated by combined use Guided Needle-knife and Tougusan Fumigation, the control group B treated by Guided Needle-knife,and the control group C treated by Tougusan Fumigation.Four weeks for a course of treatment, each group has one course of treatment. To observe and compare VAS in different periods(befor and after 1,2,4weeks).To observe and compare TAM before and after treatment. To observe and compare the grades of surgical incision recovery which groups included Guided Needle-knife.SPSS 25.0 statistical software package was used for data processing.Measurement data with mean ± standard deviationanalysis of statistical description,to normal distribution and f test, meet the requirement with the t test for data analysis, does not meet the requirement with rank and inspection for data analysis, counting data by chi-square test, level data by using rank and inspection,P<0.05 was statistically significant,P?0.01 as a highly statistically significant,P>0.05,no statistical significance.Results:1.After four weeks of treatment, compared with VAS score and TAM evaluation result among Guided Needle-knife combined with Tougusan Fumigation group,Guided Needle-knife group and Tougusan Fumigation group were highly statistically significant(P<0.01).After four weeks of treatment, each group's VAS score and TAM evaluation result were highly statistically significantcompared with those before treatment(P<0.01).2.After four weeks of treatment, compared with the grades of surgical incision recovery between Guided Needle-knife combined with Tougusan Fumigation group and Guided Needle-knife group were highly statistically significant(P<0.01)3.The total effective rate of Guided Needle-knife combined with Tougusan Fumigation group was 100%,the total effective rate of Guided Needle-knife group was 84.6%,the total effective rate of Tougusan Fumigation group was 77.8%.Chi-square test showed significant difference in efficacy among three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Guided Needle-knife combined with Tougusan Fumigation group,Guided Needle-knife group and Tougusan Fumigation group, three groups have different degrees of improvement in local pain and limited function.2.Compared with surgical incision recovery,Guided Needle-knife combined with Tougusan Fumigation group is significantly superior to Guided Needle-knife group3.The combined use of Guided Needle-knife with Tougusan Fumigation for the treatment of flexor tendon tenosynovitis stenosis of cold-dampness obstruction syndrome has a better curative effect than single use of Guided Needle-knife orTougusan Fumigation, which is safe and reliable, simple, less pain, easy to accept,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
