Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Tiaoshen Zhitong acupuncture combined with "treatment based on differentiation of meridians" on chronic tension type headacheIt provides a safe and effective new method for the treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods: after generating random numbers by SPSS,According to the standard,60 patients with chronic tension type headache were collected and divided into the observation group(Tiaoshen Zhitong acupuncture combined with meridian differentiation treatment group)and the control group using acupuncture basic formula,30 cases in each grou The acupoints were selected as follows: shuigouneiguan double, auricular point and Shenmen double.According to the treatment of headache in wuweizhai medical records compiled by Professor Zhang Zhilong, the acupoints were selected as follows: Taiyang headache(posterior occipital pain): Fengchi,Houxi double,Kunlun double,Shaoyang headache(lateral headache): Fengchi,Qiuxu double,Yangming headache(forehead pain): cuanzhu,Touwei,Hegu;Jueyin headache(topping pain): Baihui,Taichong; The patients in the control group were treated with conventional acupuncture,30 minutes each time, once a day,6 days as a course of treatment,a total of 4 courses. Before and after treatment,Mc Gill Pain Scale(MPQ),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),Two kinds of self rating emotional scale(self rating anxiety and depression scale)were used to evaluate the efficacy of the patients, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results: 1.59 cases were finally completed in this study,30 cases in the treatment group(Tiaoshen Zhitong acupuncture combined with meridian differentiation treatment group)and29 cases in the control group(acupuncture basic formula group). There was no significant difference in age, gender, course of disease between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.There was no significant difference in MPQ,SAS,SDS and PSQI between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).3.Comparison of observation indexes between the two groups: comparison of scales before and after treatment in the two groups,P < 0.05,indicating that the treatment group(Tiaoshen Zhitong acupuncture combined with meridian differentiation treatment group)and the control group(acupuncture basic formula group)can effectively relieve the pain and related clinical symptoms of patients with chronic tension type headache; After treatment,VAS score, pain rating index(PRI),current pain(PPI),Two kinds of self rating emotional scale(self rating anxiety and depression scale)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)were significantly different between the two groups(P < 0.05);It shows that the treatment group is better than the control group in the treatment of chronic tension headache.4.Overall efficacy evaluation: in the treatment group,5 cases were cured,17 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 93.33%;In the control group,2 cases were cured,13 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective, and 4 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 86.21%.The total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion: combined with the results of this experiment,we found that Tiaoshen Zhitong acupuncture combined with "treatment based on differentiation of meridians" in the treatment of chronic tension type headache can reduce the pain of patients,The curative effect is more significant than that of traditional acupuncture because of its low risk, stable mood and no over tension, simple and worthy of clinical application.
