Clinical Research Of "Spirit-regulation Formula" With Acupuncture On Tension Type Headache

Objective:By using the method of randomized control,This experiment objectively assess the clinical curative effect of "spirit-regulation formula" with acupuncture in the treatment of Tension Type Headache(TTH).Method:1.60 patients who meet the criteria was equally randomly assigned to the test group and the control group.2.The test group was given the treatment of "spirit-regulation formul a" with acupuncture."spirit-regulation formula include Sishencong, Shentin g, yintang, double Neiguan,double sanyinjiao, treated once daily,5 times for a course of treatment, then rest for two days;the control group was given the treatment of medicine Eperison,50mg, po, tid,7days for a course. Both of two groups was given 2courses.3. After the courses, Observe the efficac y of the two group Through Headache scores, SAS, SDA.Results:1. There are significant differences (P＜0.05)between groups and within groups in the respects of Headache scores, SAS, SDS; There are significant differences (P＜0.05)between groups and within groups in the respects of headache degree, headache duration and triple needling;But, There are no significant differences (P＞0.05)between groups and within groups in the respects of Headache frequency.2.10 cases are cured,14 cases are effective,4 cases was improved,2 cases was invalid by the method of "spirit-regulation formula"; 6 cases are cured,8 cases are effective,10 cases was improved,6 cases was invalid by using medicine Eperison;There are significant differences(P＜0.05)between the test group and the control group.Concluusion:The clinical efficacy of "spirit-regulation formula" with acupuncture on Tension type headache was superior to the medicin Eperison, and,it should be promoted.
