The Clinical Curative Effect And Evaluation Of The Tension-type Headache With Anxiety And/or Depression According To Acupunture Therapy By Dispersing The Stagnated Liver-Oi And Regulating The Spirit

Object:To observe and evaluate the clinical curative effect of the acupuncture therapy by dispersing the stagnated liver-qi and regulating the spirit on tension-type headache (TTH)with anxiety and/or depression.To explore the mechanism initially so as to seek a new acupunture idea and scheme for TTH.Method:By the way of random and trial,60 TTH with anxiety and/or depression were randomly assigned into A group,30 patients received acupuncture therapy by dispersing the stagnated liver-qi and regulating the spirit and B group in which 30 patients accepted regular acupuncture therapy.Through SAS,SDS and headache marks, short-term and long-term curative effects were observed and evaluated.Result:â‘ Pre-after self-comparision or pre-follow self-comparision shows significant difference in two groups(sig<0.01).â‘¡Comparision among groups before and after treatment shows significant difference(sig<0.01). The total effective rate of the short-term in the group A was 96.7% and there were no difference between two groups(sig>0.05).â‘¢Comparision about headache marks,SAS among groups before treatment and follow-up shows significant difference(sig < 0.01); Comparision about SDS shows difference(sig < 0.05); The total effective rate of the short-term in the group A was90.0%,while there were significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:Both of the two therapies have excellent effects in terms of analgesic effect and improvement of anxiety and/or depression,althought,the acupuncture therapy by dispersing the stagnated liver-qi and regulating the spirit is more significant than the other one.
