Object:To observe and evaluate the clinical curative effect of the acupuncture therapy by dispersing the stagnated liver-qi and regulating the spirit on tension-type headache (TTH).To explore the mechanism initially so as to seek a new acupunture idea and scheme for TTH, and to further explore theory of the mechanism of acupuncture.Method:By the way of random and trial,90 TTH were randomly assigned into A group,45 patients received acupuncture therapy by dispersing the stagnated liver-qi and regulating the spirit and B group in which 45 patients accepted regular acupuncture therapy.Through the first treatment before and after the first treatment VAS values, headache points and SAS, SDS scores, short-term and long-term curative effects were observed and evaluated. To compare short-term and long-term efficacy of the two groups at the same time.Result:①Immediate analgesic effect of two groups in VAS values compared the treatment group there was significant difference (P<0.05), the control group there was a significant difference (P<0.01); between the two groups was significant difference (P<0.05).②Treatment of two groups at the end of headache points, SAS, SDS scores within the comparison group there was a significant difference (P<0.01);between the two groups there was a significant difference (P<0.01).③Two follow-up three months later when the headache points, SAS, SDS scores and the two end of treatment, compared to the group showed no significant difference (P>0.05); between the two groups there was a significant difference (P<0.01).④Two follow-up at 2 end of treatment effect between the two groups there was a significant difference (P<0.01); short-term effect of two groups associated with anxiety and/or depressive symptoms, not associated with anxiety and depressive symptoms between the two groups was significant difference (P<0.05).⑤Follow-up, long-term efficacy of the treatment groups between the two groups there was a significant difference (P<0.01); the two groups associated with the treatment of anxiety and/or depressive symptoms during follow-up long-term efficacy between the two groups there was a significant difference (P<0.01), not with anxiety and depression symptoms during follow-up long-term efficacy between the two groups was significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:①Both of the two therapies have significant effects of the immediate pain relief, can obviously improve the patient's headaches, anxiety and depression symptoms;and follow-up, two methods have good long-term treatment of the stability.②Immediate analgesic effect of the treatment group was better than the control group;headache, anxiety and depression symptoms of treatment group improved at the end of two and three-month course of treatment follow-up were significantly better than the control group.③Short-term and long-term effects of the treatment group were significantly better than control group.④Short-term and long-term effects of the the treatment group associated with anxiety and/or depressive symptoms were better than the control group, long-term efficacy is more obvious; Short-term and long-term effects of the treatment group not associated with anxiety and/or depressive symptoms were significantly better than control group. |
