Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Kidney-Yang Deficiency Type Perimenopausal Syndrome By Du-Meridian Moxibustion And Kidney-Boosting Yang Decoction

Objective: To observe the influence of du meridian acupuncture combined kidney Yang fang on clinical symptoms and biochemical indicators of kidney Yang deficiency type perimenopausal syndrome patients after treatment,to explore the therapeutic effect of the du meridian acupuncture combined kidney Yang fang to perimenopausal syndrome of kidney Yang deficiency type,so as to find a more effective and safe treatment scheme for perimenopausal syndrome patients.Methods: 56 patients diagnosed as perimenopausal syndrome and whose syndrome type was kidney yang deficiency in the gynecological outpatient department of the affiliated hospital of Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups according to the visiting order of the patients to the hospital,i.e.,the research group and the control group with 28 cases in each group,both groups were observed.After the informed consent was signed by the patients,the research group was treated with Du meridian moxibustion combined with kidney-nourishing Yang prescription,while the control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine alone.The treatment course of both groups was 3 courses(2 weeks was a treatment course,menopausal patients were treated continuously,non-menopausal patients were stopped during menstrual period and continued after menstrual period).After the treatment,the detection of serum levels of folliclestimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone,estrogen,resistance to seedling’s tube hormones and clinical syndrome integral indexes of the two groups were collected before and after treatment on the third day of menstruation(any time for the menopause),and input SPSS25.0statistical software for analysis process.du meridian moxibustion combined the kidney Yang fang.Finally,all the clinical effects of du meridian acupuncture combined kidney Yang fang were summarized.Result: In the end,there were no cases of shedding and rejection.Statistical analysis was conducted on the collected case data of 56 patients with perimenopausal syndrome and whose syndrome type was kidney yang deficiency.From the total curative effect after the two groups of patients with clinical treatment,after treatment the total effective rate: the research group reaches 78.6%,and the control group was 67.9%,which can be concluded that both the research group and the control group are effective.However,there is a significant difference between the two groups as P=0.040,indicates that du meridian moxibustion combined kidney Yang fang have more advantages on the treatment effect.Compared with the clinical syndrome score,the effect of the research group was significantly better than that of the control group(P <0.01),indicating that Du meridian moxibustion combined with kidneynourishing Yang prescription can better improve the clinical symptoms of patients with kidney-yang deficiency type perimenopausal syndrome.Compared with the biochemical indexes,the detected serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)value decreased,compared within the group(P < 0.05),the decrease was more obvious in the research group,indicating that the Du meridian moxibustion combined with kidneynourishing Yang prescription has more advantages than the use of traditional Chinese medicine alone.In terms of decreasing luteinizing hormone(LH)value between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),suggesting that the effect of Du meridian moxibustion combined with kidney-nourishing Yang prescription group was better after treatment.In terms of increasing of estrogen(E2),P < 0.05,indicating that the research group was better than the control group in improving estrogen level.After treatment,the comparison of anti-muller’s tube hormone(AMH)values between the two groups(P > 0.05)were not statistically significant,indicating that the two programs of Du meridian moxibustion combined with kidneynourishing Yang prescription and traditional Chinese medicine alone had the same efficacy in improving the level of AHM.Conclusion: The Du meridian moxibustion combined with kidneynourishing Yang prescription has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of kidney-yang deficiency type perimenopausal syndrome,and no obvious adverse reactions have been found;it has more obvious advantages in improving TCM symptoms,improving clinical efficacy,reducing serum FSH and LH value,and increasing E2 level of perimenopausal syndrome of kidney yang deficiency type than using traditional Chinese medicine alone,and is worthy of clinical application.
