| Objective:Observe the clinic effect on PD of combining acupuncture with moxibustion with the theory of tonifying the kidney,connecting meridians and regulating qi.Methods:60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into the observation group and the control group By random number table method,30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with acupuncture,while the control group was treated with oral western medicine.observation group: acupuncture treatment: Rangu,Taixi,Fuliu,Yingu,Zhaohai,Shenmai,Taichong,Hegu,the above points were taken both sides.Method of acupuncture:straight needling 0.5-1 inch,retaining needle for 30 minutes,after a small twist,even reinforcing-reducing method,once every 10 minutes,lasting 10 seconds each time.Moxibus-tion treatment: choose five years of pure moxa velvet,rub into a diameter of about 0.5 cm,about 0.5 cm high conical moxa cone,select Shaoshang,Shangyang,Lidui,Yinbai,Shaochong,Shaoze,Zhiyin,Yong quan,Zhongchong,Guanchong,Zuqiaoyin,Dadun,moxibustion in the above order,each point is 3 times.Once a day,6 days a week,1 day off,4 weeks as a course of treatment,2 courses of treatment.Control group was treated with nylestriol tablets 2mg each time for 2 weeks and was treated with paroxetine hydrochloride tablets once a day,each time 20 mg,oral medicine for 4 weeks as a course of treatment,continuous treatment for 2 courses.Two groups of patients were evaluated by Tradition Chinese medicine(TCM)Syndrome score,HAMD-17 score,KMI score and adverse reactions before and after treatment.The statistics SPSS17.0 was used to analyze the data.Results:1.There was no significant difference in age,course of disease,degree of depression,TCM Syndrome score,HAMD-17 score,KMI score between the two groups before treatment(P >0.05).2.Efficacy analysis: after 8 weeks of treatment,TCM Syndrome score was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of TCM Syndrome score before and after treatment:the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01).The results showed that the two groups could effectively alleviate the TCM Syndrome of patients of PD.The difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that the observation group was better than the control group in improving TCM symptoms.4.HAMD-17 score before and after treatment: the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically signific ant(P<0.01).The results showed that the two groups could effectively relieve the depressive symptoms of PD patients.The difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that the observation group was better than the control group in improving the depressive symptoms of PD patients.5.KMI score before and after treatment:the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01).The results showed that both groups could effectively relieve the perimenopausal symptoms of PD patients.The difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.01).The results showed that the observation group was better than the control group in improving perimenopausal symptoms of PD patients.6.Adverse reaction evaluation: mild adverse situation occurred in both groups during the treatment,with statistical difference(P<0.05).In the observation group,1 case had mild water vacuole,and the adverse situation rate was 3.3%.In the control group,2 cases had mild dizziness,2 cases had mild nausea,2 cases had mild fatigue,the adverse situation rate was 20%.The other 53 patients had no adverse situation.Conclusions: Acupuncture combined with well point wheat grain moxibustion of "tonifying the kidney,connecting meridians and regulating qi" and oral western medicine treatment can improve the TCM syndromes,depression symptoms and perimenopausal symptoms of patients with perimenopausal depression of liver stagnation and kidney deficiency.And the former is better than the latter. |
