Objective:To observe the clinic study on the effort of Tonifying the Kidney andActivating Blood Circulation Therapy in Treating Perimenopausal Syndrome andChronotropic Incompetence. and probe the mechanism of action, and provide evidence forits clinical application.Methods:60cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were divided into twogroups randomly; the test group(30cases,treated with Bushen Huoxue Pill) and the controlgroup(30cases,treated with Estradiol Tablets and Estradiol and Dydrogesterone Tablets).Before and after treatment, observe the improvement on the clinical symptoms,physicalsigns and determine the changes of E2,FSH, TC,LDL-L,HDL-L,HRmax/PHRmax,HRR,CRI.The differences between the two groups are observed.Results:Clinical observation result indicates that there is no difference of the totaleffective rate,the recovery rate, Kupperman integral, TCM syndrome of individual(Hongresweating, Yaoxisuanruan, dizziness, tinnitus, irritability, insomnia and dreaminess, vaginaldryness) between the treat group’s curative effect and the contrasting group’s(P>0.05).Theresult shows that TCM syndrome of individual(Numbness pain, scaly dry skin, thirstwithout desire to drink,), Reproductive endocrine hormone in serum, Serum lipid level,Chronotropic function(HRmax/PHRmax,HRR,CRI)are superior to the contrasting group’s.(P<0.05). The result of study indicates that the age,course of disease and condition havenot obviously influenced curative effect.Conclusions:Tonifying the Kidney and Activating Blood Circulation Therapy inTreating Perimenopausal Syndrome and Chronotropic Incompetence Clinical effect ispositive. It is good at Reproductive endocrine hormone in serum, Serum lipid level, Chronotropic function. Tonifying the Kidney and Activating Blood Circulation Therapy inTreating Perimenopausal Syndrome and prevention of cardiovascular disease work byimprovement in patients with hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis function, Regulationof the endocrine hormone level, feedback inhibition of FSH secretion, regulation of lipidmetabolism, improve the cardiac chronotropic, improve the immune function of organism. |
