Research purposes:In this study, the clinical symptoms and related indexes of patients with kidney-yang deficiency type perimenopausal syndrome were treated by observing the method of treating moxibustion combined with acupuncture, and the clinical efficacy of this method in treating peri-menopausal syndrome of kidney-yang deficiency type was discussed.Method:Sixty patients with peri-menopausal syndrome with kidney-yang deficiency were included in the control group and the treatment group,30 in each group. The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture, and the points were taken:Guanyuan,Sanyinjiao?bilateral?,Shenshu?bilateral?,Taixi?bilateral?,and life gate. The treatment group was given the same acupuncture treatment as the control group.Leave the needle for 30 minutes, once a day,2 weeks for a course of treatment,a total of 4 courses. After 4 courses of treatment, the domestic modified Kupperman Rating Scale??,SDS Scale,HAMA Scale and Peri-menopausal Quality of Life Scale?MENQOL?and patient-related endocrine hormone levels,TCM syndromes were used in the treatment group and the control group. The data of the quantitative grading scale and other data were compared between the groups before and after treatment in the SPSS 17.0 software. The results obtained were P<0.05,which was considered statistically significant.P>0.05 was considered statistically insignificant.Result:1 The total curative effect of the treatment group was:recovery?8 cases?,markedly effective?15 cases?,effective?6 cases?were ineffective?1 case?,the total effective rate was 96.67%;the clinical symptoms of the control group showed:recovery?4 cases?,markedly effective?8 cases?,effective?11 cases?,invalid?8?,total effective rate 76.67%.2 The domestic improvement of Kupperman total score?KMI?after treatment in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group?P<0.01?.3 The HAMA score after treatment in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group?P<0.01?.4 The SDS scores in the treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group?P<0.01?.5 The total quality of life?MENQOL?of perimenopausal patients in the treatment group decreased compared with the control group, and there was a statistical difference?P<0.01?.6 The total score of TCM syndromes in the treatment group after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group?P<0.01?.7 The levels of serum FSH and LH in the treatment group were significantly improved after treatment compared with the control group, and there was a statistically significant difference?P<0.01?.The serum E2 level was improved compared with the control group, and there was a statistically significant difference?P<0.05?..The levels of AMH and 17-OHCS were not statistically significant?P>0.05?.Conclusion:Through the results of this study, the combination of acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of peri-menopausal syndrome of kidney-yang deficiency has significant clinical efficacy. The combination of acupuncture and moxibustion has a significant effect on improving the clinical symptoms of patients with peri-menopausal syndrome of kidney-yang deficiency, and also plays a role in improving the level of endocrine hormones. The treatment of acupuncture combined with acupuncture for the treatment of peri-menopausal syndrome of kidney-yang deficiency is safe, the treatment cycle is short, the patient's acceptance is high, and the adverse reactions are few, which is worthy of clinical application.
