| Objective:This study was to observe the clinical effect of Xiao Qinglong decoction in the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis in children,and to study the IL-4、IL-13、IFN-γ、Notch1 、 Jagged1 level of peripheral blood before and after treatment of asthmatic bronchitis in children with cold asthmatic bronchitis.To provide theoretical basis and experimental evidence for the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis in children.Methods:From December 2019 to January 2021,60 cases of asthmatic bronchitis syndrome belonging to cold asthma syndrome were selected in outpatient and inpatient department of Anhui Central Provincial Chinese Medicine Hospital,It was divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,30 cases per group,Control group was given cough,phlegm,asthma and other routine treatment,On the basis of this treatment,the treatment group added Xiao Qinglong decoction,After7 days of treatment,From two groups of TCM syndrome integral changes and two groups of treatment before and after the changes in serum IL-4、IL-13、IFN-γ、Notch1、Jagged1 levels,SPASS21.0 statistical software is used for data analysis.Results:1.The curative effect of the two groups was compared: After 7 days of treatment,the treatment group rate(cure rate +excellence rate)was 93.3%,and that of the control group was 63.3%.Compared with the two groups,P<0.01,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that both therapeutic regimen could effectively treat asthmatic bronchitis in children,and the treatment group was better than the control group.2.Comparison of total scores of TCM syndromes: After treatment,the total score of TCM syndromes in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.01),this shows that both groups can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of asthmatic bronchitis after treatment,and the treatment group is better than the control group.3.Comparison of IL-4、IL-13 levels in serum: Before and after treatment,the changes of serum indexes IL-4 、 IL-13 levels in the two groups were compared.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the expression levels of IL-4、IL-13 between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),this shows that the two groups are comparable before treatment.The expression levels of IL-4、IL-13 after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the results showed that the IL-4、IL-13 levels of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),these findings suggest that both treatments could reduce the IL-4、IL-13 level of children,and the decrease of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.01).This illustrates compared with the control group,the IL-4、IL-13 level of treatment group decreased more obviously.4.Comparison of IFN-γ levels in serum: The changes of serum indexes IFN-γ levels were compared before and after treatment.And the results showed that there was no significant difference in the expression levels of IFN-γ between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),this shows that the two groups are comparable before treatment.The expression levels of serum IFN-γ in the two groups were compared intra-group and between the two groups after treatment.The results showed that the IFN-γ levels of the two groups were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the IFN-γ level of children in the treatment group increased more significantly than that in the control group(P<0.01),the results suggested that the IFN-γlevel of children could be increased and the IFN-γ range of the treatment group was higher.5.Comparison of Notch1、Jagged1 levels in serum: Before and after treatment,the changes of serum Notch1、Jagged1 levels in the two groups were compared.Results showed that there was no significant difference in the expression levels of Notch1、Jagged1 between the two groups before treatmentt(P>0.05),this shows that the two groups are comparable before treatment.The Notch1、Jagged1 expression levels of the two groups were compared after treatment.The results showed that the Notch1、Jagged1levels of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01),the results suggested that both treatments could reduce the Notch1 、 Jagged1 level of children.Compared with the treatment group,the Notch1 、 Jagged1 level in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),compared with the control group,the treatment group decreased Notch1、Jagged1 significantly.6.Safety observation :60 children in the course of treatment,no serious adverse reactions caused by drugs,only a few cases of excessive stool rare,without special treatment after the symptoms disappeared,indicating that Xiao Qinglong decoction is safe and reliable in the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis in children.Conclusion:1.Xiaoqinglong decoction in the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis in children can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of children,safe and reliable;2.Treatment of asthmatic bronchitis in children with Xiaoqinglong decoction can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of children with Chinese medicine;3.Xiaoqinglong decoction can significantly reduce serum IL-4、IL-13 level,increase IFN-γ level,reduce airway inflammation,regulate Th1/Th2 balance;4.By affecting the expression of Jagged1/Notch1 signaling pathway,Xiaoqinglong decoction can improve airway inflammation,thus improve the clinical symptoms of children with asthmatic bronchitis,and provide the corresponding theoretical basis for the clinical use of Xiao Qinglong decoction. |
