The Clinical Research Of Qingre Ditan Zhike Pingchuan Treament Hot Asthmatic Bronchitis In Children

Object: To discuss the curative of Qingre Ditan Zhike Pingchuan used to treat children with asthmatic bronchitis Asthma hot, to the clinical symptom score for the quantitative effect of the basis of observation,standardized assessment the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine treatment of children with asthmatic bronchitis.Method: Select hot asthmatic bronchitis in children with 48 cases of Asthma, following randomized, parallel to the principle of control, according to 1:1 to the treatment group patients were randomly divided into 24 cases and 24 cases of the control group, treatment group with oral Qingre Ditan,Zhike Pingchuan effect of decoction of Chinese medicine, combined infusion of Western Yan Hu Ning, hydrocortisone sodium succinate, aminophylline treatment; Control group given intravenous Chuanhuning Yan, hydrocortisone sodium succinate, aminophylline treatment, observation the change of the cough, Tanyong ,Chuanxi,cyanosis, nasal fan,lung auscultation,loss of appetite, mental , nephrasthenia asthma,cyanosis, heart rate, ace, thirst, nausea and vomiting,sweating,and so on. To asthmatic bronchitis Asthma symptoms hot quantify points.The ration of(the integrals of main symptoms before treatment subtracted the integrals of main symptoms after treatment) / the integrals of main symptoms before treatment as the basis of the observation of clinical efficacy.Results: Clinical efficacy of two groups were significant (P<0.05) by statistical analysis,the effect in the treatment group than the control group. Before treatment in two groups the integrals of main symptoms, the integrals of secondeary symptoms, primary and secondary disease total score were not significantly different.After treatment in children with minor symptoms of the two groups were improved,the treatment group looking at improving the children,the spirit,loss of appetite,tongue and other areas such as minor symptoms,much better than the control group,by statistical analysis with significant differences (P<0.05),but change of fingerprints have no difference in the two groups (P>0.05), without statistical significance.Treatment group after treatment in improving the children coughing, wheezing,expectoration of sputum-ming, wheezing and other major symptoms sound better than the control group (P<0.05), statistically significant differences in improvement in children with nasal fan,cyanosis context,no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05),without statistical significance.Conclusion: Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine treatment of children with asthmatic bronchitis is an effective way.
