Clinical Effect Of Modified Shegan Mahuang Decoction On Asthmatic Bronchitis

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Shegan Mahuang Decoction on children with asthmatic bronchitis(cold drink stopping lung syndrome),and to provide clinical data for further promotion and application.Methods: 100 children who met the inclusion criteria were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the order of visiting,50 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Modified Shegan Mahuang Decoction and the control group was treated with ambroxol oral solution for 5 days.To observe and compare the total score of TCM syndromes,single symptom score of TCM and clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results: 1.On 1.On the third day after treatment,the scores of single symptoms and clinical efficacy of the two groups were all less than 0.05,with statistical difference.The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 78.72%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(26.53%).2.One course of treatment was 5 days in the two groups.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared after 5 days of treatment(P< 0.05).The total effective rate of clinical symptoms evaluation in the observation group was 78.72%,which was higher than 71.43% in the control group.3.On the 7th day after treatment,the curative effect of the observation group was 80.85%,the clinical cure rate was 4.26%,and the total effective rate was 89.37%.The clinical cure rate of the control group was 2.04%,the marked effect rate was 12.24%,and the total effective rate was 75.50%.Statistical analysis showed that the curative effect of the two groups wascompared(P < 0.05).The total scores of TCM symptoms and signs of the two groups were compared(P < 0.05).The main symptoms of relieving asthma,cough,phlegm ringing,cyanosis and nasal agitation in the observation group were better than those in the control group.4.Comparing the scores of TCM symptoms of secondary symptoms between the two groups,the observation group was superior to the control group in the treatment of food intake,nasal congestion,sneezing,spirit and stool.5.The clinical efficacy of modified Shegan Mahuang Decoction on the 3rd,5th and 7th day after treatment was compared between the two groups.The onset time of the treatment of this disease was shorter than that of ambroterol oral solution.6.Both groups have certain curative effect on the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis in children(cold drink stopping lung syndrome).No adverse reactions and drug-related adverse reactions were found in the course of treatment.Conclusion: The application of Modified Shegan Mahuang Decoction in the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis(cold drink stopping lung syndrome)in children with wheezing,cough,phlegm ringing,cyanosis,nasal inflammatory symptoms has obvious curative effect.It can also improve the mental state of children,nasal congestion,sneezing,stool accompanied by symptoms.The clinical effect is exact,and it is worthy of clinical application.
